We stayed here for two nights on May 20th and 21st, in the Master Guest Room. It was a wonderful stay in every way. We had a group breakfast with the same six other guests on both mornings, which was very nice. On the first morning, Liz served waffles and bacon. On the 2nd morning, she prepared a homemade toast with eggs. Both came with delicious homemade yogurt and fruit. I'm probably not doing either of these meals justice. Liz gave a detailed explanation of the ingredients and how each meal was prepared. Regardless, everything was delicious. We stayed on the Master, which I am told is the best room. It is very spacious, with television, A/C, and a shower that can serve as a sauna. The best thing was the private balcony and the view it provided of the surrounding mountains and cliffs. There is also a porthole-style window that we hardly noticed the first evening. But in the morning, when you wake up, you can't miss it. It provides a spectacular view of the cliffs from the bedroom. The building is amazing, and the decorations are well done and interesting. There is a large gravel parking lot, and a small farm of sorts on the grounds. You can walk to Springdale's main drag in about two minutes, and it will take another minute to get to one of the trolley stops. You can actually walk to the Zion entrance in about 10 minutes if you chose to do so. in summary, the B&B is great, the room was incredible, the food was very good, and the hosts are hospitable and helpful. And the location is ideal.

THE place to stay and we loved access to their e-bike rentals on site! What a wonderful experience. The suites were magnificent…great views, immaculate, gorgeous and beautiful antiques throughout. Breakfast options exceeded our expectations. We were introduced via their gorgeous landscaping to local prickly pear cactus and their homemade jam. Loved their lab and pet pig! Important. They have e-bikes for rent right on their property. We left the bnb on our e-bikes, avoided all traffic w paths and rode from Springdale to last stop of shuttle and back. If u have one full day at Zion and not a hiker, this is for u! This is the place to stay and fantastic activity. Ryan and Ashley were also so accommodating when we found 1 of our 4 non bikers was truly unable. They pulled out a fantastic solution so she could ride w husband. Thank you for a great experience from rental to check out!

10/10 above and beyond! The inn keepers were amazing. Kind, funny, accommodating, great communication, and we always had a dank breakfast to look forward too no matter what our morning was like. We had breakfast on our patio the first day, the most amazing burritos to go when we got an early hike in the second day, and a quick breakfast with everyone downstairs on our last day. The house was super inviting, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property, and the views are out of this world, unlike any place else we've stayed before. We were happy with the price we found through their website as well, at $200 a night our experience was everything we could have hoped for and more. You don't want to pass up on the opportunity to stay here, we will be back!!

My husband, Mark, & I knew we were in for a treat staying at Zion Canyon Bed & Breakfast - why, because of their 5 STAR REVIEWS! We are pleased to be adding one more stellar review!!! From the moment we arrived, we met Liz & Larry and they were so kind and accommodating! Their property was absolutely breathtaking! Their grass, lovely yard art, bird houses, fairy garden, etc., were stunning! THEN, we walked into their gorgeous home!!! The Southwestern decor was perfectly placed throughout the dining & living areas. I couldn't get over the HUGE family style table, with the lovely place settings, napkins, napkin rings. Then, we walked upstairs to our extremely SPACIOUS BEDROOM. The King Bed and fluffy pillow helped us slept soooo well, especially after long days of hiking! I think the flat screen TV was about 150' long - just kidding, but it's HUGE! A nice recliner to enjoy, as well. As for the bathroom...ohhhh my goodness! That rain shower head was soooo wonderful - we showered every morning and every night, just to stand under that rain shower head!!! And have I mentioned the MASSAGE CHAIRS - yes, that is plural, as in TWO! Mark & I used those every single day - it was like having a spa treatment, following a rigorous day! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck, off from our bedroom. The views were magnificent, from the views of Zion, down to their beautiful backyard. It truly was like paradise. The yard was full of birds with the sounds of their happy chirping, their beautiful strawberry and herb gardens. It is so very obvious they enjoy taking wonderful care of their property as it is so clean and pristine! Larry and his culinary skills, whether they be from education or self taught - the breakfast burritos, fruit, salsa, FRENCH PRESSED COFFEE - deliciously yum! YUM!! Liz & Larry were so hospitable!!! As for Liz, she was sooo sweet and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Thanks to her, we knew exactly when to leave to ensure we would get through the tunnels before the mad rush. She also told us about Lower Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Even though this was a 2.5 hour drive, it was 100% worth the unbelievable views from UNDERGROUND!!! We certainly hope to go back and if we do, we don't need to consider where we will be staying...that's a given - without a doubt, Zion Canyon Bed & Breakfast. And one more thing - they have the BEST WELCOMING COMMITTEE - Goose & Coach, their lovable puppies, which greet you after arriving!!! Liz & Larry, thank you so very much for welcoming us into your lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed your hospitality!!! ...

There are so many things we loved about this amazing B & B, first of all is the amazing service we received from the owners and hosts, they made our two day visit an unforgettable memory!

From being flexible with our two different room reservation and assisting with our luggage, to the amazing power burritos that made hiking all day a possibility to the relaxing atmosphere of the house, they have thought about every way to make your stay a great one.

We visited right at the beginning of spring break, which means that most places were sold out and there were lots of people visiting Zion NP from all over the world. The distance to the visitor center is fairly short, but if you are wanting to save energy, the shuttle stop is super close and convenient.

The rooms are amazing, we stayed in two different ones, and each one had its own style and decor, they had everything we need, and the beds were amazing, we slept like bears during hibernation, and when we woke up, the delicious coffee was freshly brewed in a French press ready to help you kickstart the day. We opted to get the "To-Go" Burritos, which were super duper delicious and BIG ! talk about Chipotle size ! , they were super flavorful and filling , this saved us having to pickup any type of breakfast and made our arrival at the park much easier.

The house is an amazing place, we enjoyed just being there in the evenings, it was super quiet and the massage chairs were a plus after hiking for miles on end. The different amenities such as the purified water, sink to wash your bottles/mugs/cutlery, etc was a life saver, they also had some delicious coconut drinks and popcorn if you wanted to enjoy some downtime watching TV in your room. One extra plus was the ice machine, that allowed me to fill up my water bottle and enjoy ice cold water during our hikes.

I would recommend anyone visiting Springdale to skip the hotels and stay at the Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast, you will be glad you did and will want to come back again on your next trip as we are going to.

Thank you Liz, Larry and Ryan for making our stay a great memory that we'll...
