I really wanted to like this place. Went here for my birthday and honestly was pretty disappointed with how it turned out. They had Elvis there, which he was amazing, that was when the speakers worked. Seemed as if the breaker kept going out once he got back into it. I had messaged with one of the managers on their facebook to set up a reservation - or to see if it was even possible to do so. They said that I could come around 6- and so I did. When I got there it seemed as if nobody knew about this “reservation”. We (2 people) got assigned a server pretty quickly. We got drinks and then ordered their Wonton Salsa ($11). Wonton Salsa: Salsa was great, had just the right balance of flavors. However, you don’t get enough salsa for the amount of wontons that you order. Eating the wontons as is is pretty hard because of the natural density of them. Wontons are dry as is - pretty unfortunate. We then placed an order for the pulled pork sandwich ($14). 10 minutes go by… 20 minutes go by… Our server, Monica, straight up looked right past us while she tended to other people. I asked for a refill, she got it for me, looked at my partners empty glass and went to go fill mine. She came back with mine, and my partners was left empty. So? I guess we have to ask for refills here? 30 minutes go by… - Partner asks for a refill, and only then is when it is given. 40 minutes go by… 50 minutes go by… 60 minutes go by… - I was here for Elvis, not the food but the server and the wait times were absolutely killing my mood - I was ready to leave. 70 minutes go by… 80 minutes go by…. - After 83 minutes we finally get our food. I replied “Gee already?!”. First bite; COLD. What even is this? We wait nearly an hour and a half for cold, hard food? I did not even finish my food and I was so over it. Ruined my night. As soon as I saw the waitress again I gave her my card and told her I wanted to be charged so we could leave. Felt obligated to leave a $10 tip, but if I received this kind of service anywhere else it would be MUCH lower. Folks behind us also waited over 1 hour for cheese curds and over 25 minutes for water. Same waitress, Monica. When we left, they still had not received their cheese curds. They were VERY disappointed and they went for their anniversary as they were fans of Elvis :/ Needless to say, I will never be back. Shame because this place has the potential to be great. As for Anthony Shore as Elvis. He was spectacular. Absolutely nothing against him. I have seen him once and will continue to follow him around to see him more. He was the only highlight of this experience.

We drove an hour from our original destination just to eat here. Parking is impossible and the streets were packed with people. Went to the outside earing area and then inside and still no one offered to seat us. I went to the bar and he said to go wait at entrance to outdoor seating. I did that, no one, and we had lines of people behind us just as lost as us trying to get seated. I had to ask a waiter if I could sit at a table that hadn't been cleaned. He cleaned it and we sat and that was it. 25 minutes went by with no one asking if we'd like a drink etc. So I stopped a waiter and asked if we could get waited on. He said he'd be right vack with waters and take our order......next ten minutes we watched him seat people and bring out food, so I stopped him again. My husband actually went and grabbed menus so we could immediately order once we got someone. Once the man can and took our order, overall about 45 minutes once we were seated. My family decided to order soda bc they didn't want to wait for a drink from the bar (which is literally why we chose this place, was for the yummy variety of drinks). We order fried pickles and cheeseballs. I ordered the Huli Huli Chicken and the rest of my family went with the Gravy Train. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. Made up for everything prior. The bbq sauce on the chicken was to die for. The fried pickles were unique and left me wanting more! This is a must stop for sure. I'm not sure why the city was so busy, but the street was packed with shops and restaurants. I'd come back again and I'd order that sane food again. The waiter was very nice. Suggest getting a host stand or sign so people know where to go. Every group that came in did the exact same back for asking every worker where to go. Excellent food and atmosphere!!

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary. This restaurant has a good vibe and friendly environment. There was music, and they had a singer that evening for entertainment as well! They got their cute stage with “palm trees” and lights flashing. We ordered tilted chicken and coconut shrimp tacos, da ‘kine pickle bites, tooga, and big kahuna drinks. The pickle starters were filled with cheese inside and crunchy wonton wrapped outside with sweet and sour sauce. I must say it was good. Within the first two minutes, the plate was empty as we listened to the good music. Both chicken and coconut shrimp tacos were filled with crunchy battered meats. I think they tried to make it taste tropical/Hawaiian, but to me, it tasted a little weird. The taste was sweet and sour with the pineapple and mangoes along with the sauce. The tooga drink I ordered was strong and bitter for me. The waitress was kind to let me exchanged for another drink without extra payment. My boyfriend ordered the big kahuna, and it was fruity and just the right amount of alcohol. It was super delicious! Throughout the night, we enjoyed each other’s company, food, and live music. The amount we pay for the food and drinks was a little too much for this food compared to other “fancy restaurants.”

We were there at 5:30 PM on Mothers Day. My daughter made the reservation. She tried calling for this reservation 3 days in advance but in spite of calling 10 times, no one answered the phone. So, she stopped in and was lucky enough to be able to obtain a reservation. I was so excited when we arrived right at 5:30. Our table was ready for us. Shortly after we were seated a wait staff person (not our server) came to our table and said, "I just want you to know that we are closing at 6:30 today so you will need to get your order in quickly." That was before we were offered to order a beverage. It really was not the warmest of greetings... We didn't think much of it and proceeded to order. My daughter wanted a specific drink and on the menu it indicated it was pretty strong so she and her dad agreed to share it and the wonderful waitress said it was perfectly fine and that she would split it in to 2 cups. It came and it WAS really strong and not even pleasant so my daughter took them up to the bar and kindly requested a bit more juice be added to the drink. The bar tender was snarky and snipped, "The menu told you it was strong." The waitress heard her and looked at her and said, "(Name) Be nice." My daughter just blew her snarkyness off and let it go. Then we ordered dinner. While we were waiting for our meal, we noted multiple potential customers were turned away from being served at the establishment and told they were closing at 6:30 "because we have been slow all day so decided we would close early so we are not serving any new guests." We counted 12 adults that were turned away along with 4 people at the bar who had been there for a little while and were wanting to order another round but were told they were closing and that there were other bars in Stillwater that would be open til 8 and they could try them. We still hadn't received our food yet at that time. When our food came (it was not too long of a wait) it looked yummy and we were excited to try it. After we each took one bite it was evident that the rice had not been fully cooked. It was crunchy like gravel. I shared this with our waitress who apologized and then she realized the cook was already shutting down the kitchen and our options for another menu choice would be very limited. We said that was ok and she apologized profusely. She truly was a wonderful server and had to continuously apologize for the service failures of her bar tender and her kitchen crew. We felt so bad for her. She came back to our table and comped our entire meal - including our drinks - which she did not have to do nor did we request it. It was the right thing to do but certainly NOT expected. The meal failure - yes - because we did not get our meals but the drinks, the appetizer and brussel sprouts were good so certainly we intended to pay for them. Overall, after watching the evening unfold, I saw the Tilted Tiki turn away 12 adult customers (who likely would have spent 25 dollars each minimum) as well as comp a bill that would have been about 100 dollars. If this is how the Tilted Tiki is on a normal night, I am afraid they may be in trouble quickly. It is too bad because the concept is unique, the drinks are fun and the atmosphere could have some really awesome positive energy with the right staff and a chef who would never send uncooked rice out in a...

terrible service. Tried to eat here with my mom and when we first arrived he told us it would be an hour wait. We left and came back an hour later, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. ok... come back 30 minutes later, we were standing around at the host stand outside for 15 minutes before some girl with faded blue hair finally came out to help us. The girl was extremely rude to us, I told her my name while she just stared at me with an empty look on her face, and then stared at the waiting list for a minute not saying anything so my mom tried to point out to her that my name was right at the top of the paper, and she snapped at my mom and yelled “yeah I got it can you just wait!!”. She then told us it was going to be another 30 minute wait, meanwhile there were multiple tables on the patio that were completely empty, our name was the only one on the list that hadn't been crossed out, and it was not busy at all. No one had been in line any of the 3 times we had gone back to check. I told her to just take our name off the list because at that point we had been waiting for 2 hours and after my interaction with her I didn’t even want to eat there anymore.

editing to add that 2 days later I just decided to read through some of these other reviews and judging by the way the OWNER has replied to some of these people I'm extremely glad we took our business elsewhere...Saying it's "hard to believe" someone's negative review, telling people "oh well other people like our food so" the way you reply to people you have the attitude of a teenage girl. If you can't take criticism for your business you shouldn't be running one.

adding again since u can't reply back to the owner, you have a pretty exceptional memory if u can remember the exact moment when u decided to take a bathroom break six months ago (when this review was originally posted)! impressive. even though it's a lie because the person that was hosting that day that we spoke to every time was a girl in her twenties with blue hair and as far as i know you, the owner, are a man... regardless of how busy u were i don't see how what started as a 15 minute wait could have possibly turned into over 2 hours, and even still it doesn't excuse the gross attitude you have towards people. judging on your replies to your negative reviews i'm glad we didn't eat here because you don't seem very...
