Grand Pizza — Restaurant in Stillwater

We swung downtown to pick up our order vs pay DoorDash fees/tips/etc, and were walking in the door when my phone rang. Apparently we were given someone else's chicken meals, (i.e. white meat vs all dark meat) and needed to go back to exchange 2 out of the 3. I thought it was weird they wanted it back instead of asking me to just throw it away, but they said since we hadn't opened it yet, they wanted it back... Yikes! Hopefully your takeout order wasn't in someone else's house =/

So my husband goes back with the incorrect meat chicken meals, and has to circle for a while to find parking (yay Stillwater on a Friday night). He gets a spot, goes inside, and hands the employee the bag with the meals inside. She asks why the sides are still inside.... And that sides aren't included in the dark meat she has ready for him to take. He's frustrated, reiterates to her what I was told on the phone (literally, return the entire box without opening it), and just leaves instead of picking through fried chicken boxes for cole slaw and potatoes. Definitely some miscommunication somewhere in the process.

And at the end of it all? The chicken was fine. The sides which we had with the one correct chicken meal? The potatoes tasted instant and the cole slaw was blah. Maybe the pizzas and other menu...

Terrible service and pizza. We've been there before and enjoyed their lovely thin crust pizza. When our pizza was served, it was this unappetizing thick crust, which we don't eat. It was quickly left on our table, and the server disappeared. I gave it a try and it was awful. Unfortunately, our server disappeared and was MIA for quite some time. No one came to ask how our food was, how we were doing, or to refill our empty water glasses. My husband finally gave up and ate some. When the server finally reappeared--after he was done---I asked if they had changed their crust. Her response was no, they have two options. It is not listed on the menu, nor did she ask. Had she even bothered to check in with us, I would have sent it back. Very disappointed in our experience and likely will not go back. Definitely do not recommend.

Visiting for the weekend. Close to our accommodations, open to delivery, and ordering online was quick and easy. The problem was, I don't think they read the online order very closely beyond the standard menu item. Ordered two 8" specialty pizzas, the Gyro, which I indicated jalapeños as an extra was not included, and the Chicken Alfredo, and requested no broccoli. They kept the broccoli. I had to pick it out of the melted cheese as best as I could, because, while I do love broccoli, I am not able to digest it and it makes me sick. The crusts were rather flavorless, as well as the Alfredo sauce that I think was on there. The gyro had no actual gyro slices - just a crumble. Overall, it was not a great experience, but, ya know, food. The delivery was on time and the driver was awesome, so,...
