This photo is my waxer in Florida I have plenty hair zoom in. I have yet to find a really good waxer here in California or Texas. People get mad when I keep it real. I am sorry, but my Florida waxer is so good, top tier. The photo speaks for itself. Look at it. Truth sounds like hate to those who hate truth. When you're used to top waxers, the others are not to your standard. I show them the first visit this photo this shape lol they look and say nothing. They know it's wow!!! looking at the photo. My waxer lines are so straight her work is flawed and the look on their face, they are speechless because deep down they know before even starting on me they can't match her energy not even a tad bit. I tips that type of work, a lot of these people are just waxing they are not good at all it's alot of them here in California and Texas that think they are good and they are so far from it. Ace!!! your profession get better and better, They do not. I know they aren't good before I sit down, that's why I show them what I'm used to. There are good waxers that have aced their profession. It's not many they are a hit and miss. I found this waxer in Orlando right when I was about to relocate to California. I looked for a good waxer the whole three yrs living in Orlando FL, Everyone was horrible. I could not stop smiling when she was finished her work is really good she's rare, I miss Tootie. My hometown Indianapolis Indiana I had a good waxer, I was with her 20 years she's an old wise lady she's good and her daughter too. If I was a waxer and someone showed me that photo, I'd say who did that work o yes, she's good. I'm not a hater, plus it's hard not to say that's top work when I see my work plus others waxing around me in our shop. I'm the type I'd say look and show others how good her work is from out of Orlando. I'm not a hater and know good work even if it's better than mine. I'm real and real is rare nowadays... My waxer is loaded and stays booked in her own shop she can do that because her work draws the whole city to her by word of mouth. The proof is in the pudding, everywhere I'd go, people would say omg who did your brows?" They go and never stop going to her she's young and African American her work is worth a lot more than she charge. Can't no waxer here fade Tootie in Orlando or Lynn in Indianapolis they are super duper good... My appointment was today at noon. I never get my brows waxed anymore, but when I land a good one, I'm there regularly it is so hard finding a good Brow waxer. When I do, I hold on tight. Waxing is not as easy as it looks I 👀. I’m only giving 2 stars because they had what I was looking for. The customer service on the floor lousy. I think the people on the floor inside Del Amo Mall in Torrance CA judge whether to assist customers based on their appearance. I saw a few customers looking a little lost and no associates offered to assist them. There were several associates standing around and deep in conversation amongst themselves. How can you assist customers like that. I made a purchase but wanted to be color matched so I could purchase Huda beauty foundation. Once I realized everyone was too busy to assist I said excuse me and asked was Huda Beauty sold at all Sephora’s to which one associate answered in a very dismissive way “yes they do” without even turning around. So I google the closest one which was not close at all. Drive there and guess what that location did not sell the whole line- ha no foundation. Now I’m not angry just disappointed. I’m wondering what kind of training the associates are getting. Anyways do better Sephora Del Amo! I called to let the manager know but he was rushed And dismissive as well. He did offer me a discount on my next purchase. Hmm sweet but I didn’t call for a discount. I want better customer service on the floor. ✌🏾 Peace FYI: I’m not referring to Sephora inside JC Penny’s. Please dont buy gift cards of Sephora, it is to get hacked and got your money stolen. 1st giftcard I bought from Raphls store, and right after I bought, the money in the gift card was used with 2 single transactions in two different stores far away from the place I bought. But I was the one actually hold the physical card. I contacted their giftcard department, and got issued a second gift card from this Sephora store. This store issued me a hacked gift card.Right after I used the first $27 online, the rest of my gift card balance was used in 3 different stores locations which again are far away from each others. I contacted their lost gift card again, and I was told they wouldn't issue back my money again because I contacted them twice. I dont know if they had brains or not Who could drive 5 hours to travel between 3 stores for redeem a $73 gift card. I am a Rouge member with current 3700 points, and they treated me like sht

Farewell Sephora, never buy from you again. Scamming company, they could not figure to protect customers from fraud comes from their lack of security of giftcard. I have never experienced this kind of situation from other beauty retailers. Now I am afraid that all of my gift cards that I already sent out for relatives might got hacked already and...
