Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Town of Greece

I've been to hobby lobby a few times since it's opened and the store opening deals are great. It's large with a lot of cool/variety of inventory but there are also some glaring issues.

1. There are so many huge items, yet their carts are tiny... I've ended up having to carry stuff throughout the whole store (until I was ready to check out) because nothing fits in their little baby carts.

2. They basically skipped over Halloween. They had 1 tiny section for some lame decorations which stayed up for maybe a week in September. I didn't really see much in the way of fall decoration or Thanksgiving decorations either. The store put out Christmas decor as soon as they opened and then dedicated half their store to Christmas mid September. I realize some people love Christmas but this is disgraceful in my opinion. Not to mention there's Christian/Catholic/Jesus quotes and symbols littered through out every single section of the store. Maybe that's some people's cup of tea but they seem to go a little overboard. As an atheist, I found myself rolling my eyes every 5 seconds at the sheer amount of crosses and cheesy Jesus quotes EVERYWHERE.

3. For a new store they seem to be pretty antiquated with their POS systems. Forget about using apple/google pay or any tap to pay technology.

Hobby lobby is a good place for many types of crafts and decor. I am overall disappointed with the changes. The increase in price over the last few years, in my opinion, doesn't seem needed and it's simply bc they know they can make more..... I use to go to hobby lobby a lot more before I noticed them increasing prices and yet not increasing quality. I don't wanna hear supply and demand. You have opened two more Rochester NY stores - you are far more than successful in sales. ....I also noticed a huge decrease in customer service. Normally I would say that this Hobby Lobby is a great place to shop. I think Hobby Lobby is scrimping on personnel. There weren't enough cash registers open and the cashier I got, didn't pay attention to the items I was purchasing and charged me more for 2 items that he thought was the same as a more expensive item.
