Do not waste money on getting the pro membership. Such a waste of time and money. Thought I’d love those pro boxes and it would help me get into new products. Wrong! It’s June and I have yet to receive my first box from early April? Why? Idk no one can tell me. FedEx keeps returning to sender and all gnc can tell me is we’re fixing your address and resending it. This will be the 3rd box resent and I have received ZERO boxes. Should’ve saved my money and gone paid for shipping on bodybuilding.com. So disappointed. And the same robot answers in chat when I try to find a solution. My money is on this latest box attempt also being returned to sender....

Had a great experience with a very educated staff by the name of Deborah she was EXCELLENT! Yes I could have easily ordered everything I purchased online but I go in for the incredible customer service like what I received today. She made excellent recommendations based on the information I gave and I ended up leaving with two extra products I had no clue were that beneficial to my exercise journey. Now the credit is not all hers Rodrigo the new associate was also super nice and helpful in ringing me up. 10/10 will be back to this store for more product, customer service and great product knowledge that’s just unmatched! I went to this establishment today hoping to find a pre-workout. I walked in, and no one greeted me. I searched the store and compared a few pre-workouts myself, but was hoping to ask for advice. The sales person on the floor did make eye contact with me, but did not engage with me, even when I went to the register and waited to be checked out. After being ignored for a few more minutes, I left my selection at the register and walked out. Very poor...
