I went here with my grandmother a few years ago when we were staying in the area. We went inside to shop as my grandmother was excited to be in a Target after not being able to visit one in years as we lived so far away. She was handicapped and could not walk very far so we went to find a electric scooter and all the electric scooters were dead. They had us try one for a few minutes, but it started beeping and started to slow down to the pace of a slug. We were lucky that it made it back to the front and did not die in the middle of the store. After a while of trying to find an alternative I ended up pushing her for a few minutes in a cart that had an adult sized seat that looked like a large car seat or baby carrier around the store until she had enough and wanted to leave as it was hurting her and a couple of customers were rude towards us and giving us nasty looks for no reason. The whole thing was just horrible for both of us and I can't believe target had no wheelchairs in case of backup. The guest service lady who I dealt with was great and tried to help us as much as she could, but the store needs to get wheelchairs and more electric scooters for people who can’t walk around. It’s ridiculous to only have 3-4 scooters for a store that is as large and as well known as Target. Very disappointed and would...
Read moreSuper disappointed with the customer service I received (or should I say lack of service) at the Tukwila location. I went in to update my baby registry and stood in line while 6 people were helped before me. Several people came up and asked if I had an order pick up and when I said no, I’m here to update my baby registry they just walked away. I was told by 3 different employees to wait while they went and got someone who knew how to handle the registries. When I finally was helped I went on my way to start scanning items to add To the registry, however either the scanner didn’t work or there weren’t any scan codes on the products. When I went back up to ask about the registry’s gift bag, I was told they were all out and of course didn’t know when they would get more in. I asked another girl who said most likely at the end of the week but to call and make sure. It is BEYOND frustrating to deal with so many dismissive people who’s job is customer service. I probably won’t even continue with my baby registry based on this experience. No one knew anything! No one went out of their way to help me and the level of service was just disappointing. I hope this review will prevent further situations like this...
Read moreI just left this place and couldn't wait to write this review. What a bad shopping experience ever! I came to buy a 6-pack of Budweiser for the house party, and some treats for my dogs. Definitely saw the price for the 6-pack was $5.99. But at the check-out, it was scanned for $6.99. I told the cashier and a lady (looks like supervisor) that the price was difference. And then they both looked at me like I came from another planet, "No, it is $6.99! You must be wrong!". I just paid anyway because it seems like they're not there to take care for their loyal customer's concern. Then I run back to the beer aisle, took the picture, and showed it to the supervisor. Without saying a word to me, she then tried to called somebody else to fix the price on the shelf. And then turned to me, "If you want, go over there to get your $1 back!". Excuse me, I don't want the refund. I want you to care for your guest concern and apologize to me when you realize you just did something wrong to your guest. She did use the walkie-talkie to let her team-member know about the wrong price after I showed her the picture, why couldn't she use it to double-check the price at the first place. I left the store without the refund and...
