It used to be one of my favorite places to buy cannabis (the people in there aren’t friendly but it didn’t matter to me before) Idk if I got racist staff the last time I tried to buy weed from here, I’m writing the review since I tried to solve the issue with the manager but never heard from her. My license got expired on my birthday in January, I brought weed TWO times after it was expired (I was waiting for it to be mailed, I had my proof electronically since the DMV is not giving paper anymore) The security lady was rude but respectful, she said I can’t go in since my ID was expired, I told her I’ve come TWO times with my ID LIKE THAT and no one told me anything, then she suggested that my partner could go in and get the weed for me since I PAID ONLINE, they refused to do it and gave him a rude and unprofessional attitude from the budtender. I got to talk to the receptionist (by the way what a great and professional lady she is) She told another costumer to HAVE PROOF of the ID/license renewal, I told her I do have mine, she was about to update my information when the “assistant manager” came and told her that they can’t let me in, the receptionist told him in OUR FACES that they accepted TWO PEOPLE with electronically proof (they made a fuss bc i didn’t have a physical paper like wtf who tf uses paper in 2025? They wanted me to go and PRINT the proof) I do not know who this guy is but he was professional and racist plus having his hands on his pocket when he is talking to us PLUS he tried to make it look like he was the one making us to leave lol what a waste of time...
Read moreI did some shopping here a couple times using their online page and making the payments by. The last time I brought, I paid as usual using their online web and payments with Dutchie, anyways when I arrived to get my stuff, they said the payment wasn't processed, but I checked my account and there was the charge in my history payments, but they said that that charge will be returned since it wasn't in their system. So I pay with cash to receive my order trusting that they said. Two days after I noticed that the payment never was cancelled, so I stopped by to check with them about it. This time they said I had to figure it out with Dutchie, so I called to Dutchie and they said that the store had to return that charge since they charged!! By then I was already frustrated for all the effort this was taking. I called to Flor Union City explaining what Dutchie told me, however the guy that pick my call wasn't helpful, and also showed some attitude saying that he only takes calls and I had to go there to talk with the manager again! 🙄 I explain that I don't live near to the store and that I was there 15 minutes earlier for that same reason and that they weren't giving any solution. The guy passed the phone to another guy that took my contact info. Today is the 3rd week since that, and almost 2 months of the purchase date and they didn't take care of. Already accepted my lost of time and money.

Read moreVery terrible customer satisfaction & service. I've spent thousands of dollars here and 1/13/22 will be the last time I do. I have now bought 3 separate Select Essential cartridges from this place and all of the last 3 were immediately defective upon first use, got no effect just taste of burnt coil. I returned the first two with them without issue, both well past 48 hours of purchase, but now after being recommended by one of their bud tenders that this was a "new batch" and they're "all good dude", I get yet another burnt tasting, defective cartridge. I bring it back within a week of purchasing it, at 6 a.m. mind you because I work 12 hr nights, and they want to tell me they have a 48 hour defective product return policy. Which makes no sense because I've returned the exact same product for the exact same issue before well outside of that window. And them expecting a product to be used within 48hrs of purchase everytime is also ridiculous. What if it was a gift? Why is proof of purchase not enough?
