Holiday Wholesale Showroom Store — Local services in Wisconsin Dells

Apology to this Holiday Wholesale store. I ordered a Christmas garage door mural from a company call Holiday Wholsale from an ad on a major news main web page. After I gave them several tries to correct my order, I realized I was getting ripped off, the store has no address or phone number and now all my e-mails between us have disappeared. When I went to write a review, it took me to this Holiday Wholesale site. Turns out someone made it look like I ordered from this Holiday Wholesale store. It all looked good when I ordered it. Changing to 5 star. My story is listed below.

I ordered a Christmas Mural for Double Garage Door 7' H x 16' W x 1'' D as the add indicated and I paid for. I received a 3'x5' banner with grommets in the corners with low quality image. This is nothing like the adds indicates. I have sent several e-mails with pictures, as requested, of what I received and am getting no results. Today I got an e-mail stating "You can fix it with tape or nails or you can go to the local store to buy the clip and we would like to give you a partial refund of $5 as compensation". Not sure why they don't understand I ordered & paid for a 7'x16' garage door cover and got a 3'x5' banner. This is a ripoff and terrible customer service. Just asking to get what I ordered,...

Unfortunately I have rated this business a 1 due to being given misleading information and rude customer service from the store cash register worker. I was informed that they carried an item I was looking for in store. (I DID SPEAK WITH THE SHOWROOM EMPLOYEE) When we arrived at the Showroom store we were told we are not able to buy this item from them due to not being a customer and they didn't carry this item in store. When I did call them before showing up to the Showroom I informed them I did NOT have an account and tripled check to make sure I would be able to get the items I was looking for before taking time out of my day to travel to their store location. I will NOT be using this unfortunately not be support this business...

Good place to get holiday cookies and some things you can't find in regular stores but employees are rude. Came in at 1230 and the guy yelled at me and my kids as soon as we walked in that they were closing soon so we better hurry up. I quickly grabbed what I needed and rushed to check out. While waiting for them to ring up my stuff I asked what time they close so I can better plan next time as the sign on the door said they close at 2, the lady said they close at 2 that day. I had an hour and a half before they closed! There's no reason he should have yelled at us! The store is extremely small there's no way you can spend an hour and a half walking the 2 or 3 aisles they have especially with young children...
