We asked for the toughest course & the majority of the holes were straight shots & were all par 3's with maybe a par 4 in there. When we first got there, I asked for a longer club & the girl at the counter said"well, I use the blue one, you don't need a longer one." I didn't ask you what you use, I asked if I could have a longer one because I don't like to stand on top of my ball & the blue handled clubs she was giving myself & my husband were short for us. We also didn't get our choice of what color balls we wanted, all the other mini-golfs we've gone to, you get asked what color you want. The ice cream place was closed too, so that "free" ice cream for the winner they advertised was false. They need nicer staff & to fix that bridge that crosses over the courses. Thought for sure the boards would give way while we crossed it to get to the next hole. As far as mini-golf goes, its an easy course & anyone can play there.

$9 for 18 holes for really well done fun is a great deal. I would highly suggest the courses up on the hill area because there is much more shade! They did a great job spacing water spray fans throughout the area, and they had drink machines spread out, too. The machines are cash only, so keep that in mind. The courses presented some fun challenges, scenery was wonderful, especially from the top area courses. The only thing that might be an issue is the wait time with so many people playing the holes. I would suggest looking at when the non-peak hours are because of that. Luckily, there were LOTS of areas to sit on benches and rock ledges. Actually, they made it quite enjoyable with a lot of people there. Despite that kind of situation, people were very cheery and having a good time.

Pirates Cove is a VIBE!! Check out PATTY PUTTZ on YouTube for a better review and some laughs. We putted up 91 holes!!! It took about 6 hours with film time. We visited on a weekday in the late summer so there were less than a dozen groups on the entire property. I imagine it gets busy busy busy based on the size of the parking lot - we are grateful it wasnt too busy for our filming. The 5 courses are of varying levels, from easy to hard. One of the 5 were closed for repairs. We learned that they rotate through all 5, 1 course per year, for repairs. We will return sometime to play that last course. The water features are amazing! The staff are kind and helpful. Such a great attraction!

You know, I'm not sure if I'm like other families but golfing here has always been a family of tradition. While on vacation, my boys, parents, and myself visited this amazing mini golf course the second day while on vacation. I believe we did the first 18 holes and my 6-year-old son including my mother, and father all got hole-in-ones. We took plenty of pictures and videos and purchased two pirate sets for my two boys. After 2 weeks, they're still playing with it. The courses were clean, the staff was friendly, and each hole had its challenges. Thanks for staying open for so long and providing everyone the opportunity to play on this course. Thanks!

Always a good time! We live "locally" and go at least once a year. This year we went a bit early with our granddaughter on an unusually warm spring day. While none of the water features were yet working and the landscaping had not been done yet it was still fun. Just not quite as pretty. There are a number of courses to choose from. From easy to hard. So it's great for all ages. The price is reasonable at $10 per person. It does get very busy and a bit backed up during peak season. There are beverage vending machines along each course to stay hydrated. The views/water features/landscaping are just beautiful during peak season.

This is a fun mini golf course. You have several courses to choose from. It was busy but a nice day out so we didn't mind waiting, some holes were a little more challenging then you would think but all in all it was a great time. The price wasn't bad and you can get coupons for here just about anywhere even online. And then at the end you can bring your score card to the ice cream.store next door for a free cone, and you can also go to mexicali rose and if the looser buys the winner a drunk you get the drink for free! It was a fun afternoon and some.great views of the town. I would highly recommend this place.
