Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Wisconsin Dells

I've been to this location 4 times. 3 of the 4 times the service was terrible, the only good time being the first visit. This location is shared with a dunkin and the workers just stay over there and handle the drive thru rather than being attentive. I had to wait 15-20 minutes 2 different times for someone to walk over and serve me and the other time I ended up just walking out and going to culvers after waiting 20 minutes for someone to scoop my ice-cream. And on top of that one of the of the visits THREE of the 4 dairy free flavors were cross contaminated with regular ice-cream, the worker was willing to scoop out the dairy ice cream and use a new scoop to get my girlfriends ice-cream though. Came in with the family to get ice cream at 8:15, shop closes at 9, we’re looking at ice cream flavors mean while no one had looked at us, addressed we were there, nothing. Reason we came in was because we were trying to pick out an ice cream flavor for our grandma, who’s on her death bed as this is being typed, because all she wanted as her last meal was ice cream from baskin robins. We asked the kid working who was mopping, again close at 9, if theyre still serving ice cream. “Yep”. We had a craving for soft serve Baskin Robbins sundaes. We get there and they only have 8 flavors to choose from and one was empty. They didn't have the flavors we wanted. So we were going to settle on what they had. But then were told they don't have brownies at this locationfor the brownie alamode I always get at other baskin robbins.
