One question. Is the bar so low that all it takes at this place to be hired is to be able to fog a mirror? What a nut house! I used the app for the first time to grab some lunch, and 25 mins later, it wasn't even started. Talked to two employees that didn't have a single clue if my order was even received. They simply walked away when asked. None of them were even verbal. All I got out of them were shrugs or head nodding. I felt I was in the ape section of my local zoo. Not one bit of basic social skills were displayed. Oh, did I mention, the doors were locked. I had to have a customer let me in. (Found out later by someone "acting" like a manager, that they were "short-staffed", and this, for some reason, necessitated locking 2 of the 3 doors. Huh??????? Had to be at work, so I couldn't screw around with the so-called employees any longer. Called later in the evening to reach a manager that offered a litany of excuses of why I was treated so poorly. Gave me the excuse that they were short-staffed. Huh??? No contingency plan at all????? Didnt we just live through a Covid outbreak???? Hello??? Then, the manager offers the ultimate useless excuse there is, "It was not her shift " when the order occurred! I thought I was talking to a kid. My 12 year old grandchild has better sense than this manager. Whatever happened with "taking ownership"? Why should I care whose shift it is???? Why is that MY problem??? What good does that do me??? I had enough, and basically told her to get professional, and start acting like a manager. She took down my info and said she needed to talk to another manager "to make it right". If you are going to manage a shift, you take care of issues that are presented on YOUR shift. It wasn't a complicated issue. Oh, here is the killer.... the manager told me another customer walked out without getting their food as well. Nice!! I wouldn't be sharing that with anyone, if I had an ounce of common sense. Read moreI would give no stars if I could. We are traveling from Minnesota to Illinois and usually stay in town as our half way point. With Taco Bell being one of the few places open past minute, we had decided to order our dinner from there from the app. When we got to their drive thru around 1am, they told us they didn’t receive our order. After some digging they finally found it. We had 2 burritos on the order, one was for a craving box, the other was by itself. They put the wrong burrito in the box and forgot the 5-layer burrito that was supposed to be in the box. I tried calling the store as I didn’t want to go back out and was hoping I could get my missing burrito the next day. I had to call the store 5 times in a row to get an answer. Once I did get an answer, I let them know of my issue and they asked if I could come back to get the burrito. I let them know I’d rather not go back out tonight (now 1:30am) and asked if I could get it the next day. They didn’t answer and hung up on me after a few seconds of silence. Me being the stubborn person I am went back out to get my burrito. They offered us two to make up for it. Now we have two burritos we don’t feel safe eating because of the attitude from the employees there. I doubt they were too happy with us since they had to get up from the lobby and get to work. Read moreI wouldn't even give this location a star if that was an option. We had been driving for three hours and had stopped with two toddlers and my grandmother. We have been to taco Bell before and didn't mind the food. We get in and get to the counter and there is noone there so I grabbed my boys and put them in high chairs. My grandmother is standing at the counter and it takes 10 MINUTES for someone to come up and take our order. Well we didn't get a sorry to keep you waiting or anything! Then we grab our food which did come out fast BUT we asked for a cheese quesadilla for my three year old and two year old and they gave us a SPICY cheese quesadilla!! I went back up to the counter to get what we ordered and to no avail because again I wait for someone and noone comes to the counter!!! I give my kids what I ordered and I choke down the spicy quesadilla. After that we are ready to get heading out but we were going to change the boys before getting back in the car and I walk into the bathroom and there is literally poop on the toilets trash on the floor and everything is disgusting!!!!! I walked out immediately!!! We got to the car and changed my kids in the car!!! They didn't even empty the overflowing trash cans outside so there was garbage on the ground!!
