Lux'Jorious Fish Spa — Attraction in Woodmere

The morning of my appointment I received a call confirming. Next I received a text 2hours before my appointment asking if I could reschedule for the next day. I called the number I received the text from and informed her I was unable to reschedule for the next day, I offered to come at a later time and she stated that was not available and stated her sister would be at our appointment. When I arrived I had trouble locating the business, and text the number that had previously sent me a text, no response. So I finally find the location and when I arrive (early) the door is locked and there is no one inside. Five mins before my appointment I call the number on the website and there was no answer. I then call the number that text me previously and there was an answer then an immediate hang up. I called back 2mins later, I receive and answer and she says “yea my sister pullin in now”, and hangs up. We wait another 10mins and still no one arrived. So we left. Made the "Date Night" reservation for Sweetest Day. Called the day before to confirm, everything seemed ago. We were running late so I called to make sure it was okay to still show up and was given the green light. Got to the Woodmere location only for it to be closed when we got there! Called back and was told the wrong number was put into the system and when the notification went out about that location having to be closed due to technical difficulties. Was told by the manager she would call the South Park location and let them know we coming and should take care of the fee. So we left Woodmere and drove all the way to Strongsville just to get there and that location was closed as well!!! Ruined my plans for our first Sweetest Day!!!! I had so much fun here! This would be a fun girls night activity if you’re looking to try something new! I got to meet the amazing owner and he was so kind! I went to her location in the strongsville mall and it was so beautiful and clean! The fish actually make your feel soooooo smooth! Over all I’d have to say my experience was 10/10! Amazingly affordable and walk-ins are welcome! The fish don’t hurt your feet either! You don’t feel them nibbling at all! I’ll definitely be coming back!
