The Falls Family Lodge — Hotel in Niagara Falls

There are three of us staying in this room so we had to double beds. The bed is so damn comfortable and pillows. It's not funny. The room is very clean it gives you a microwave, a tiny little bar fridge what you have to make sure it's plugged in A tiny little TV. But who needs a TV when you're in that area? You want to go out and enjoy what's outside of the hotel your neighbor falls Go. Enjoy the price was very, very reasonable and understanding. The staff was very nice and very helpful. If you needed anything. They were right there helping you no matter what day or night. I really enjoyed this little hotel. I stayed on the first level. It was great to easy to get to the car, especially if you forgot something in there like me if I were to come back to Niagara falls or this area for any reason whatsoever I most definitely would stay at this hotel and every time as long as they were open and running and had room. I love it! It's so cute. I did not get to eat in their restaurant for I was just out and about too much and did not want to eat. But they do have a restaurant there for you plus in their little lobby. They have all kinds of pamphlets for all the different things. You can do some of those pamphlets. Even the booklets look inside. You will find coupons for things to do in the area. It's the best. I highly extremely recommend this hotel to everyone. The only downfall I wish they would allow dogs or even cats if they could even put a deposit down, which is understandable for while they're there and get their deposit after providing no damage but at least put that on their credit card or however they pay but they don't have any animals allowed unfortunately. And no, we did not have any dogs with us at that time or cats. But I really wish they do but otherwise I extremely and highly recommend this place....

Shame on the hotel owners for showing a pool on the Expedia website and they have poured gravel into it and covered it over. ||||We booked this hotel as we saw a pool. It has long since been covered by gravel and a patio-this wasn't done a couple weeks ago . The owners either want to draw people in knowing they can't cancel or are inept, ||||On a positive note the room was very clean however it had three electrical outlets but only 2 were operational. ||||Do not expect a view there are bars on the windows.||||Location is great- you can't get closer to Clifton Hill. If you want basic (yes I mean basic) accomodation and a clean room this works. ||||I hope the owners update the pictures and represent their property correctly- No one likes a bait and switch. If I could give a 0 I would. The first night I noticed a red bump and assumed it was a mosquito. The morning we were leaving I felt something bite me and I lifted up my sleeve and noticed 5 bites in total and on my stomach I found two. The room had 5 channels, they say free parking but you pay $20 when you get there, they say free wifi but the wifi only works in the office. Worst EXPERIENCE IVE HAd staying at a motel. ALSO when we went down to complain about the bed bugs his excuse was “we’ve never had a bedbug complaint before” which is a lie cause if you search bed bugs and the motel it pops up. The person we spoke with would not provide us with a refund and kept walking away from us. It’s one thing having bed bugs but not fixing the situation doesn’t help.
