Casa Quinta — Hotel in Quindío

Very comfortable and a great value. Yes you need to walk a couple blocks up hill to get to el centro but its not that bad and we all need more exercise lol. My room was comfortable and clean with good hot water. The location was quite at night and the breafast was very good and served in a beautiful patio area. You will be treated like family. Im a motocycle traveller and there is no worries with the parking. Would definitely stay here...

This place is adorable, the neighbor makes an amazing breakfast and brings it to your room. The place is rustic and well maintained. It is in the heart of Salento, you walk a few blocks of Salento's main action. Salento is an amazing place full of tourists, it has a very nice feeling, very secure and charming with many local stores, traditional coffee, art shops, ad amazing food...

PÉSIMA Experiencia, no les recomiendo reservar con el hotel ya que no respetan las reservaciones hechas con tanta anticipación (la nuestra la hicimos desde Mayo). Resultó que días antes de llegar a Salento, nos comentaron que el lugar estaba ya sobrevendido y no podríamos quedarnos y nos ofrecieron quedarnos en un hostal a dos cuadras… llegando ahí, vimos que el nuevo hostal no era similar a lo que habíamos reservado en Casa Quinta (no había estacionamiento, entre otras cosas). Fuimos a hablar con el encargado de Casa Quinta, Don Fernando, y no nos ofreció una solución… pésima atención y despreocupación por darnos una solución que fuera similar a la que ya habíamos reservado con tanto tiempo de anticipación…. Llegamos a las 8pm, entonces no había mucha opción de andar buscando nuevo hospedaje a esa hora… Don Fernando no fue empático ni ofreció ayudarnos a buscar opciones… solo a llevarnos en su carro a varios hoteles y que allá viéramos los precios directamente sin ofrecer alguna...
