😳Incredible the INCOMPETENCE The way these people repeatedly re-/act when FACED w/REALITY speaks for itself… Guys, just continue this approach and you’ll get your lesson. 🙈 👉"PRIDE GOES BEFORE FALL“ (Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall).

• our initial feedback * This laundry shop could be recommended if the staff didn't behave so shockingly, just because we questioned their offering (I must confess, I challenged them w/ arguments/questions, but at no point disrespectfully!!!). And to be honest, nowhere in Colombia so far (in the country for more than a month) I was approached with such a similar incompetent experience.

To quote: “You are rude, tactless… (grosera!)” and “just go take your laundry to somewhere else…”, isn’t it arrogant and ignorant?! Especially in tourism and service sector, we believe insinuations and/or allegations is a NO-GO. Not enough; their quote: “No one has complained so far” is disqualifying them immediately, since most customers are simply foreigners who do not speak Spanish fluently (my mother tongue). But it doesn’t mean, tourists can't do math!? You may not been confronted so far due to language barriers I suppose...

Without being preachy, rather giving well-intentioned piece of advice to management: -Your employees cannot handle criticism nor challenging questions and the fact that they turn a conversation into this, is unprofessional. -Being 'nice' isn't just enough -Such incompetence is rather toxic than fruitful and destroys reputation So, you may want to asap provide training to your employees such as 'how to handle conflicts with respect' or help to 'understand where the money comes from paying employees salaries'.

Never ignore one fact: we/tourists/your customers(!) also must work damed hard for every single penny before it can be spent - i.e. in your...

I've almost never felt so at home in a hostel... For me it was perfect to recharge my batteries and have a good time in Salento: it's a very small hostel so when I was there (beginning of November, so not high season) it was just me and another guy in the whole hostel. Thanks to that o really could enjoy some alone time, just cooking on my own, chilling, ... So if you want a hostel with lots of people maybe consider another place, but if you just want something comfortable this is the place for you! Also it's probably the cleanest hostel I've ever been to, and for the price that really is amazing, is was always as if someone just had cleaned! Moreover, the owners really took care of me and looked after me, so thank you so much!! If I ever go back to Salento I'll definitely come back to this hostel! Really...

My experience was great! The room was really good and private, the restroom and shower was big and clean. Mariana (place’s owner) was an awesome woman, every request form me and my friends accepted!|In personally, I did not feel good while my visiting and Mariana all the time take care for me, she does the best and help me whateverI needed! Even when I left Salnto, she still continued to talk to me and ask me how I feel and how she could help me.|In my opinion, good people is the most important thing in vacation.
