I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful Madame Hortense boutique hotel in Chania, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Hi All, From the moment we arrived at Madame Hortense, everything was like a fairy tale, the location was perfect, the staff (Vereniki) and the owner of the hotel were very accommodating and always available to help, it is clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeper whose name we do not know, the beautiful rooms with bathrooms leave an impression of luxury, the breakfast at the Ēstro bar (1 min from the hotel) is a special story signed by the owner Andreas and his professional staff, highly recommended and if we ever come to Chania again, the only option is Madame Hortense💙🍀 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our holiday more enjoyable.

A perfect start to our Crete trip! This amazing, brand-new hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town truly set the tone for our holiday.
