Kima Oia Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Wow... all I can say is that we totally hit the jackpot staying in this hotel. And trust me, I spent weeks looking for the perfect place within our budget. There are so many options on the island! Kima Oia Suites checked every single box I could imagine. Private Jacuzzi, our own terrace with table, chairs and loungers, an amazing view of the caldera and a beautiful view of the white washed buildings to the left and right of the hotel. I spent so much time absorbing the view because I couldn't believe my eyes. Another wonderful service is breakfast being delivered to our room. We had fresh fruit, bread, bacon, orange juice, coffee and much more. This was another dream come true of mine. In addition to all this, we had daily room service, amenities, a POOL and consistent help and kindness from the staff. Another plus is having quietness and privacy. This is truly the best place to stay on the island. There are way too many people (tourists) by the blue domes and sunset area. This place gives you your own space and is very affordable for what you get. While on Google you may see "3 star hotel", everything here was nothing short of 5 stars. Best lodging experience I had in Santorini!

Excellent location with stunning views that not many hotels can match. It’s not only a few steps from Oia Main Street, but its location also offers enough quiet and privacy in your own rooms. The hotel is also located close to a grocery store. The community pool is an infinity pool with 180-degree unobstructed views of the sea and caldera—gorgeous to just look out from the pool.

The facilities are well-designed and in great condition. Not only did I get to experience the Greek beige and blue architecture in my room, but also in the personal jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and restrooms are spacious. We also got to relax and sunbathe on our balcony, a very enjoyable experience since the location allows warming sunlight during most of the day. For the tourist season, the price of the room is on par with its value.

Lastly, the service is superb. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful during our trip. Not only was the receptionist responsive and knowledgeable, but our porter and dining host were also friendly. Our breakfasts were amazing, offering diverse nutrition and a relaxing atmosphere. Above my expectation!! Mary and company were the best!!! always there when you need them. Waited on us to transported our luggage from the main pathway to the hotel and went above and beyond for the guests - from my own experience and what I saw done for others guests as well. Anything you need is an ask away. We felt like we had the place to ourselves even thought most of the hotel was booked. The property is quiet, welcoming, immaculate and private. A little paradise :) We stayed in the Kima Suite and it was very clean and nicely appointed - robes and slipper and a fridge included - and spacious enough for 3 people. Every room seems to have a little outdoor space for a private moment and an amazing view. Quiet and relaxing. Everything you can wish for.
