This review comes from a Bruneian tourist on a couple vacation in KK.
On first glance, this place has a long and dim corridor leading to the back where more tables are available. Once seated, you are greeted with blue lights on the ceiling. I didnāt like it and felt it was more suited to a nightclub or bar. If the light had been warm white, this restaurant would have a warmer vibe.
Now about the food, every dish I ordered from steak, pasta, salad to pizza were all excellent. Cannot fault the dishes. Some dishes pairs particular well with wine. I felt the steak was the highlight and has all the hallmarks of a great steak.
What I did not like was the price. Even at a very favorable exchange rate of B$1:RM3.225. It was still pricey especially the pastas. It is on par to lavish and luxury hotels in Brunei. I personally find it hard to swallow the price of the pastas and avoid them. I cannot imagine how expensive it might have been for a Malaysian. Mind you RM50+ for a plate of pasta is anything but cheap.
On the bright side, the pizzas and steak were well priced. Drinks were also reasonably priced.
Hard to give a full 5 stars but I still give it a solid 4 stars. I would come back again but would try other Italian restaurants before...

The sides were tasty as always and freshly made which I appreciate greatly. The spaghetti on the other hand was watery. Maybe because they used fresh cherry tomatoes. I would come here from time to time and I asked a waitress back then. āIs spaghetti Mafia basically aglio e olio?ā. She said yes. I am a fan of this pasta dish so I would know that aglio e olio arenāt supposed to be watery BUT oily and salty with level of spiciness to your liking.
The pasta that was served yesterday was watery, BLAND/lack of flavour for both our pasta and the worst part is, my pastaās seabass was raw in the middle. I immediately lost my appetite and left the restaurant. Are you trying to get me Salmonella or Vibrio?
I would come here from time to time with my partner and the chef even gave us free dessert one time. I havenāt been here for almost a year though, so now Iām thinking the food quality is deteriorating. I hope there would be serious response taken and improve of food quality and...

Food is good but to me it's quite expensive but it's Italian food not local food so don't expect too much from it. The lighting is interesting to say the least (inside will be quite dark if you come at night).
