I am deeply disappointed with the service provided at this restaurant, which has unfortunately tarnished the reputation of a brand originally from Singapore.

To begin with, we were promised a promotional platter after exceeding a certain spending threshold, but the staff completely neglected this offer. When we raised the issue during payment, they refused to acknowledge their oversight and hastily handed us a crumpled voucher with less than a month left before it expired.

Throughout the meal, the staff displayed a complete lack of attentiveness. It was evident that they were making an effort to avoid serving customers, as 5 to 6 staff members could be seen congregating in corners, while only 5 to 6 tables were occupied on a Friday evening.

We ordered white rice for our children, which took more than 30 minutes to arrive. When we attempted to inquire about the delay (a difficult task given how unresponsive the staff was), they blamed us for not placing the order properly and claimed we didn't understand how to use their iPad ordering system. The system was so complicated that we couldn't even review our previous orders.

Rather than offering assistance, a staff member simply shrugged from a distance and gave us an intimidating stare. When we finally managed to get his attention, he continued to display "black face" throughout

Having spent approximately 500 ringgit, I can confidently say that the service charge paid to this restaurant was entirely unwarranted.

I made a reservation for 5 person , when we arrive the captain gave us a small 4 person seat , dishonoring our reservation while the whole restaurant is abviously 80% empty.when we requested to change to bigger table , the captain refused.a very unhappy experience. When we made reservation , the person said ok can arrange it's very bad to not honour a reservation as promised , this is a unreliable restaurant.

We actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than our reservation and they could have find us a table that was reserved at later time, this further shows the incompetency and inflexibility of the so called captain, further tainting the image of the restaurant chain.

If you read below the comment below , the captain tried to give excuses instead of acknowledging the real problem. When I called to make reserve , they NEVER told me they are giving me a small table , this also reflect how dishonest is the captain. At least cannot recall, I remember a soft spoken guy took my reservation , he even know my name from my hp , then easily confirm already. Initially still not that angry , now the captain in Google review said I agreed on phone for a 4 person table for 5 pax, trying to lie to get away , then I must let everyone know what kind of person this captain is.

Dishonesty , incompetency , inflexibility , why is such a person in the seat of management ? Past few times I came their other servers are all courteous , diligent and quick witted, all good experience ruined by...
