We stayed here for one night on September 20. Checked-in at around 5pm. Front desk was efficient. Though other than that we didn't have any interaction with the staff.
Rooms are on the first floor. There is water dispenser in the corridor. Our room is 108, small but clean. Both a ceiling fan and air-conditioner are installed. The room has a window looking out to a parking area with greenery.
There is a television, one small desk, one dressing table with stools and mirror, a rubbish bin, and a double bed in the room. No tea-making facilities or mini fridge or indoor slippers. The air-conditioner is a bit on the louder side, and one of the vents is missing, but it wasn't too disturbing.
Exhaust fan in the bathroom can be quite noisy initially. After a while it will quiet down. The water pressure is good. Two small tubes of shampoo/conditioner, and three small round bars of soap (two for shower, one for the wash basin). I find the quality of the bar soap quite good. Also appreciate having two toilet rolls, though we found the toilet roll holder quite flimsy and probably better to use the toilet roll without it. The bathroom door sometimes gets misaligned, so requires some fiddling to make it close properly. The toilet seat is also not well-secured.
We slept very well. The mattress was firm and the pillows were good enough. One of the pillow covers had a bit of damp smell, so we covered it with our own cloth and it was quite alright. Overall it was pretty comfortable.
The location is very good. Close to Jonker Walk and Melaka River, lots of food options within 10-minute walking radius. DuluKita is right next door, no need to walk far for something to eat.
For less than RM100 per night (we paid RM60+ due to some discounts), the room was excellent value. Great budget stay. And it does not seem like a secret as the hotel was full-house when we...

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30am & were allowed to enter the room by the receptionist (Ms Miki if I heard her name correctly), given twin bed room number 111. The room size is enough for the two of us & there is still space for shalat. The furniture (AC, fan, TV, water heater, towels, sheets, blankets, table, hangers, etc.), bedroom & bathroom floors are very clean, all room facilities are functioning properly. Toilet paper, soap & shampoo are available. There are windows for ventilation & sunlight to enter. View of the parking lot, coconut trees & mango trees that are bearing fruit. Fast wifi, drinking water dispenser available, unlimited tea, coffee and sugar. Ms Miki is very friendly & informative. Mr Ti (hotel owner) is also responsive when I contact him via the number listed on Tiket.com. I think there's not minus in this hotel & i will be stay at this hotel when we visit...

The have free pick up and drop off from melaka central to hotel, and vice versa, with a nice and cool van. The owner even guiding me to buy ticket to TBS, worried that ticket will be sold out if I book tomorrow. From melaka central to hotel, the owner gave a little melaka tour and gave me recommendation from halal food, and where to go, also direction from hotel to my destination.
