Highly recommend Hotel Balcony for national amd international tourists visiting Pokhara: needless to say one of the best city in the world. Our visit to Pokhara made extra special by Hotel balcony, we can't thank you or pay you enough for you kindness, care and compassion shown by the receptionist, the Chef, the housekeeping staff who even dry our laundry. Travelling with kids worries me about food etc specially my children ate home cook meal only in the past! this was so well looked after by the Chef who would prepare exact meal as you describe the recipe without any hesitation! As soon as you walk through front door , they instantly make you feel like you are entering your own home! These people have such a kind caring heart! This hotel is amazing! It has a great and lovely staff. The rooms are incredibly clean, they are spacious with a great balcony. Kapil (the owner) is super attentive and he gives you all the information you need. He helped us getting buses, recommended restaurants, he gave us information about other cities, etc, and one day he even took us to the bus station in his car. His wife is also very nice and she is always smiling. They have an excellent and fast laundry service, we used it twice. Breakfast is delicious and consistent! And last, the night security gard is super friendly and he was always welcoming us when we returned to the hotel at night and offering mineral water or anything we might need. We were recommende d this hotel by Bhakti from Big Sky Treks. The quality of this hotel is unbelievable. It is newly opened and everything is fresh clean and modern. The rooms are on par with anything from Sydney, LA or London. The beds are large and very comfortable. Rooms are plastered, painted and finished immaculately. The bathroom had a western toilet, rain shower and once again superbly styled. Complimentary water and tea and coffee making facilities were a plus. The quality of the room service was also amazing.
