Hotel Haven O' Ganga — Hotel in Pokhara

I recently stayed here on and off between short trips in the area and was impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The staff were accommodating of our bicycles, helping us with taxi, and safely storing our luggage. The hotel is located right in CenterPoint, so a short walk to lakeside and all the restaurants.||||The staff were all very careful about wearing face masks to uphold COVID19 safety precautions.||||The breakfast is great and consistent (especially the potatoes), beds are very comfortable, modern lift makes it easy to reach your room when you are tired from trek, and the balcony is great. I definitely recommend a room 3rd floor or above for a better view and less noise from the street.||||Only suggestions for improvement are:||- please brew better drip/filter coffee, instead of Nescafe instant coffee||- shampoo and soap in the room are not great (don't foam well), we preferred our own||- please include instructions in the room for how to use the TV||- please place a floor wiper (squeegee) in each bathroom, as the water tends to leak from shower into main bathroom floor and there is no way to clean for the guest.||||Thanks for the...
