Quick to take your money when you are a Black individual, but lack basic decrncy n hospitality. I was told of their good service but recrived nothing short of appalling. The room (304) was not properly cleaned. As if someone had just checked out n the room given to me. Charged extra for the option of having breakfast which was unsppetising go day the least. I fell I'll n stayed in the next day. I left the room door unlocked Soo that my niece (who wrnt out) could come in n not disturb me. To my surprise, I was disturbedby staff who quickly left when I turned to face them. Following day, my niece n I left go fo dome dightseeing and take part in some activities. Someone had obviously gone into our room, went thru our things n helped themselves to $100. When we checked out we were greeted by a Indian your bus operator n his group who had been making noise since 03h00 am. At reception, no manager only dtaff who did not understand a word of English|| We called for a taxi n left. I called the manager n explained my issues to which he just banged the phone in my ear. ||I don't recommend this hotel as they lack hospitality n common decrncy. Waste of hard earned money. Arrangements were confirmed for rooms. The hotel was even advised of our travel by bus and that we may be delayed in our arrival. This hotel operates with poor business management. Because of just one person, this hotel unfortunately cannot recieve anything less than a single star rating.
