Hotel Sarathi ,Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

The room was not very clean, especially the toilet bowl, which was extremely dirty and completely black. It would be much better if the management could take the time to purchase a proper toilet cleaner to maintain basic hygiene for guests. Additionally, toiletries were not provided. If you're not a picky traveler and are simply looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, this hotel might be fine. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving...

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, conveniently close to major attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Had three day stay even though the staffs were nice be clear about price because they added extra charge for service which is not allowed by nepals government.

Being Pokhara it must be expensive but they never clearly discussed about price point. The room was not so clean and bedsheets had foul smell. Smoking on the room was allowed.
