If you care about hygiene this hotel is perfect in Pokhara. Clean bedding. Extra towels. Working AC Working TV Small toilet/bathroom but very clean. Working shower and hot water. Good comfy beds. Balcony with an average view. It can be noisy at night, but thats more because of the (loud) guests staying in the hotel. If someone thinks he is a great singer and starts singing while you are sleeping : goodbye sleep 😂 Enough and free parking space. Ok..so to start this hotel is new and clean and nicely decorated. The staff are kind and responsible though some can't speak English. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the wifi which pretty much did not work..at all. Pokhara is nit small or remote and every other hotel and restaurant I've gone to here has great internet....so there is no excuse. Especially as this is nor a cheap hotel..its midrange 20-30USD a night. As a foreign traveler wifi is essential for npth work and family.Other than the wifi the...

Mixed experience:
Good : Clean and new rooms. Location 24x7 Hot water.
Bad : No housekeeping. Request to clean the room on second day was not fulfilled. Poor reception support. No milk coffee in breakfast. Just 1 complimentary water bottle in 2 days.
