This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They don't hold reservations, it is dirty, and they are careless. We stayed there on a Wednesday night during the winter. The room was freezing and there was no hot water. We made the mistake of having them schedule our bus to Hidroelectrica. Come Friday we we had no one to pick us up at our scheduled time. When we arrived that night they told us that they didn't have our reservation that night or the next. While we waited they gave keys to two families that arrived even after us. We stayed one night there and booked a full AirBnb for the next 3 nights in Cusco - $25/night for a full one-bedroom apartment was WAY...

This building was clearly not ready for guests (covered in dust, ongoing maintenance). TV in room did not work, cupboard had no door handles or hangers. Main issue however was the attitude of the male staff member who was very dismissive of...
