The Beach Anne Boracay — Hotel in Malay

They had bed bugs and was very uncomfortable. The next morning I complained and i don't wanna spend another night and it was very itchy kept me up all night.

They said they would upgrade and put me in another bed. But its the same.. I experienced the same thing next night so I don't wanna stay there and i still have 7 more nights left.

They dont wanna refund me and agreed to stay in a different room again and they will give free breakfast but how come every day i have insect bites and theres no mosquitoes. Plus the place is not maintained properly and no elevator.

We booked the hotel via agoda but when we arrived we were directed at Ellen's Resort which is just beside the hotel. The owner of the two establishments are relatives. On the second day we were transfered to one of the rooms of The Beach Anne Resort. Their rooms are small but clean, has own bathroom but no hot water in the showers, has AC, Cable Tv.
