Fullest Apartments — Hotel in Lisbon

The location was very good. Close to restaurants and stores. There are coffee shops and supermarket in the area. There were no elevator and I haven't noticed when I booked. I got the 4th floor with kids and carrying a stroller, it was hard to get in every day. That wasn’t as bad and the fact that the apartment smelled mould everywhere especially in the bathroom. I am allergic to mould and one of my child, it was hard to sleep the 4 nights because of that. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, all moisture after the shower stays there. The refrigerator was smelling like fish when I arrived, I contacted Ricardo who apologized and arranged a clean the day after. But they used vinegar and then I got a vinegar smell quite strong all the rest of my stay. Ricardo the host couldn't have been anymore helpfull.Responded straight away to any questions we had during our stay and offered us a late check out without hesitation. The apartment was spacious and clean however there was a damp smell in our room. It also lacked a view, we where looking out into a court yard and straight into others bedroom windows. Kitchen had all the appliances that we required. Overall it was fine for the amount of time we actually spent in it. The location however was absolutely perfect. The host Ricardo was beyond helpful! He gave us a tour of the surrounding area, including which streets and restaurants to avoid and which were best for the types of meals/food we were looking for, and also offered tips for other cities in Portugal we are visiting. Ricardo helped us with our three 50lb luggages up the 3 flights of stairs and we were able to drop off our bags before the room was ready since we arrived earlier than check-in time.
