Cappadocian Special House — Hotel in Göreme

Its tucked away from the main street so there is no noise of the traffic. Its a nice quiet place with AMAZING staff who will help you every possible way. Excellent staff, can't say enough about them. ||||Room is good nice, hot water, good strong wifi, Turkish buffet breakfast, nice quiet place. We had great sleep at night. Safe neighborhood. ||||You can book tours/activities with them including Hot Air Balloon ride, horse back ride, atv ride, Semah (swirling dervishes dance) etc. ||||The room that we stayed in, the bathroom was nice with a curtain, no door. for some people this might be an issue but for us it was no problem. I guess, my recommendation for improvement would be that during the off season, you could put doors on the bathroom. Other than that, the place has no flaws.||||Breakfast was just AWESOME!!!!! Four different types of cheese, two different types of grapes, tomatoes, grapes, apples, limes, salami, honey, bread, tea, coffee.... truly awesome.||||They also recommended a restaurant close by and that was also very good. Bear in mind that this is a touristy town and things are a little bit more expensive than other Turkish cities. ||||We would stay here AGAIN!!!!!||||p.s. at the gate, its written Cappadocian Special House.... its the same place, no need to...

Very basic, no fancy cave hotel, but had anything you need for a nice stay. Perfect for Budget travel

It was right in the city and you were able to walk to a lot of places. It has a roof terrace from where you can watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. It was nice and quiet. The room was clean and had a big comfy bed. Overall it was very basic, but our host was a nice guy and would have helped with anything. Interesting with the wet room shower.. means that you don't have a real shower, but just the shower head in the bathroom and everything will get wet.

The little kitchen you could use to cook something was very tiny and looked not super nice so we did not use it. But maybe other travellers who are also into backpacker accommodations are more...
