I didn't make the reservations as a friend was in charge and booked it based on it's location and cost. We were attending a college graduation in town that week. The 1 Bedroom condo was more accurately a studio that had an accordion partition that could be closed between the living room and the "bedroom" the issue then was that anyone sleeping on the sofa sleeper had to move the partition if they needed to get to the bathroom. The condo and the building were clean. Parking was an extra charge per day of $30 which seemed odd to me since I would think every unit should have a parking space. The laundry facility was very good and the workout facility appeared nice. The entire 7th floor is a recreation area, including the outdoor pool, workout room, laundry area, outdoor small play area, grilling area and lots of sunning area. Down side of the recreation area is there is a constant wind (not breeze) that blows across the entire area making using the pool often chilly. The pool area gets sun only part of the day because of the surrounding building locations. Since it is not a hotel, there is no "front desk" and the check in procedures appeared to be cumbersome, though my friend handled that part. The kitchenette in the condo unit had a full sized stove, good sized refrigerator, microwave, decent storage in the cabinets and adequate kitchen furnishings like plates, pots and pans, etc. Overall not bad and if saving money is the most important thing then this place could be the place for you. Not sure I would stay again as I prefer to have more sun by my pool and access...

They rip people off in VRBO, AirBnB, & other rental sites.||||They take your money, but do NOT deliver on the amenities and services advertised.||||Additionally, they are extremely unprofessional, rude, and toxic!||||Details: after paying approximately $1700, for a unit that said it included WiFi, we were given a non-functioning WiFi modem that we had to power-cycle numerous times to get to work. Each time we cycled it, the internet would work for a few minutes, and then go back to being dial-up speed, where it takes over 10 minutes to load a 20-second video.||Also, they left some laminated info sheets in the unit, that had completely wrong information for the WiFi name & password.||||The beds were very uncomfortable, hard, and the futon-sofa bed had metal bars that made it so you can only sleep in specific spots, otherwise it’s painful.||||However, the worst part is they decided to have all their units treated with pesticide, without giving us any advanced notice, prior to our rental period. We messaged them but they chose to ignore us, so we called them, and Calvin (site manager) just wanted to yell and argue, and ignored our medical warning of allergies, resulting in risk of the life of my mother, as she has severe allergies.||||Calvin went as far as threatening me and calling me names, all because I asked that they reschedule the pest control treatment for the...
Read moreHad a horrible experience during our stay at this building. Around 11 pm, the alarm went off and we were all panicking. It was said that there was an emergency in th building and everyone has to evacuate immediately. It was mentioned it was not a fire drill. We were running down from the 14th floor all the way to the front lobby with minors. My niece got wounded because of what happened. The manager (or I don't know who he was) was very rude. We asked what happened and he only said he doesn't know. Maybe someone cooked and the smoke came out of the room. I told him that my niece got wounded. He only said sorry and after he turned back, my niece heared him saying "that's not my problem"! Common! How heartless you are. Are hearts were pounding from running. No one bothered to asked how was everyone and offer anything kuke water. He didn't offer any first aid kit to us to clean my niece's wound. We asked him but he was trying to ignore us. When we finally got his attention he said they don't have any first aid kit. He only gave a band aid and a Hydrocortisone(which is obviously not for wound). Then we tried to talked to him but instead of listening, he was walking fast away from us and didn't bother to listen. Such a...
