Duane Reade — Local services in Jersey City

Pharmacy is great, actual store is not. Customer service has always been terrible (I'm a local) and one of the ladies at the front in particular always has an attitude. Accusing the customer of saying no to a receipt when she never offered to print one to begin with, telling me I'll get a digital receipt in email when that's not even a thing, ridiculously impatient when I'm asking which product is half off, making you wait forever because there's always a technological problem or she doesn't know the answer (to any questions thus have to ask store manager). rude employee decided to scan my items and throw them on the counter. I asked for a bag and i was told that i was giving her attitude. She then brought up how i wasnt wearing my mask correctly when the sign says that fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear one.

Never again! I always come to this location to have my vaccinations by the male doctor.Thursday evening was the worst. I was rudely greeted by the female doctor.I asked if I could receive my scheduled vaccine.
