Bluegreen Downtown Nashville — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

Location is great, close walking distance to several places! Not a far walk to Broadway! The rooms were nice, but I honestly expected more from bluegreen. The shower opened weird where you got hit with water turning on the shower. No towel holder on the side of the shower you get out on. No full length mirror. Just small details they usually nail. Such as having only 2 microwaves on separate floors outside of the elevators instead of the room. They had (or the hotel next to them) had construction and we drove pass the hotel since we couldn't see the sign. No email ahead of time letting us know of the construction/that we needed to unload at the neighboring hotel. The customer service was decent. The valet was great, but every time I went to the front desk (maybe 3 or 4 times) they were on their phones and never looked up. I had to...

We are Bluegreen owners and were very impressed with the quality of accommodations, service, sales staff (James Blaire) Concierge (Kate) Front desk (Tee) and location. For only being open a couple of months, they did a fantastic job and we know itll only get better. They surprised us with a card for our anniversary and a tin of mints.

The accomodations were a little worn but we know there is a major renovation down the line. As owners , everyone agreed we would rather it be opened for reservations than wait for the remodel. Location was great , around the corner from Printers Alley , a 24/7 pizza place ( although it was good, they didnt follow any instructions on our order, But at 130 am we werent being picky. We spent 4 nights here for my 40th birthday. We understood that it was just purchased by BlueGreen and is up and running, but it will be renovated. The rooms were nice with a nice bathroom and walk-in shower. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows almost seemed too soft. The staff is friendly, and they even have a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, good for those cold days walking down the strip. They also have valet that are very helpful and fast upon retrieval. Close to many things to do. While we were here, the Tennessee Titans were at home versus the Carolina Panthers just a few blocks away.
