I found out about this place on TikTok, my sister has recently relocated to Nashville for work , I was in town visiting and I would have given zero stars, but Josh was the manager that saved the night for me and my sister. We went on a Sunday evening the crowd was there, but i wouldnât say that they were completely ram-shacked with people . Me and my sister wanted to do the $15 moonshine tasting because thatâs what we both seen on Facebook. We were told to stand at the bar and that they would help us. When we stood there , waiting to be waited on by Carrisa, she blatantly ignored both me and my sister walking past us helping other customers that walked up after us. Me and my sister both looked at each other and tried to remain calm, we waited for an additional 5 minutes or so, and my sister finally asked if we could get some help, when she said that she was done âcleaning,â but then went on to continue to help other customers that were walking up and asking for different things. My sister who has been in the service/bartending service for years stated that even as a busy bartender, you acknowledge your guests and let them know that youâll be right with them shortly. Carissa never did that. She gathered previous guests cups but never acknowledged our presence, at all. Itâs as if we or our money didnât matter. Thats when I decided that I wanted to leave , and my sister decided to get into contact with the manager Josh , who continued to apologize for her actions after we let him know that it was our first time there and that weâre excited to try it. Josh did turn our night around , he put us with Matt who definitely turned our experience around. I think that we would return again, but I wouldnât want to deal with Carrissa and her attitude. I want to also add that me and my sister weâre the ONLY black people/ women at the bar at the time.. Although after speaking to Josh he gave us a free tasting we made sure to tip Matt for turning out night around! We will definitely be back to see him because he was very knowledgeable and funny while educating us on...

Read moreWent in for a tasting during our recent visit to Nashville (4/2/2024). Great moonshine, TERRIBLE "customer service." When we entered no one even acknowledged that we were there.... There were two bartenders who were providing tastings along with a police officer at the door. Walked over to the bar to inquire about a tasting and was STILL ignored. We were confused and figured we needed to go pre-pay for the tastings and went to the cashier. The cashier (who was the friendliest person there) told us that we just needed to walk up to the bar to wait for a tasting and that someone would help us. Once one of the bartenders finished we walked up to show that we were interested. STILL no acknowledgement. Finally I said that we wanted two tastings and the bartender told us to hold on a second (so that he could clean up the bar). The bartender (male) gave us one of the quickest tastings we ever had. The moonshine was delicious. Wish the customer service was better. Walked over the get tacos after the tasting. The fish taco...
