Do Not Book! Terrible ride back to Nashville and Terrible customer service. When we boarded the bus to return from the JD tour, there was water pouring out of the vent above on one side of the bus. The seat was soaked and when we notified the driver (Frank), he offer us cardboard to sit on. Cardboard?! Obviously, this had happened before or why would he have all these precut pieces of cardboard. The right thing to do would be to get another bus or some other means of transportation to take us back. Instead, we had an hour and a half ride back with water constantly dripping down on us sometimes pouring out of the vents.

We called the company after returning to Nashville and they did nothing. If all goes well on the trip this tour company is fine. If you run into any issues neither Frank nor the company care at all about taking care of their passengers. Find a different tour company if you want real customer service and a company that cares about its passengers.

You'll see by the response by the company they could care less. Plastic bags to put on our seat? That's your solution? Water was pouring down from above us. By the time we got back we were soaked. If it was just a wet seat we could deal with that. Water pour down on us for an hour and a half, that's too much. How about getting another bus or even a mini van out to take us back? Call us an uber or refund us a portion of our money since it was a terrible experience. Something, anything would have been appreciate but nope their response "Sometime you just have to...

This professionally guided tour of Jack Daniel’s Distillery was outstanding! We took a tour bus from Nashville. The Driver was super friendly, jovial and was playing popular country music for the 90 minute ride, each way. Upon dropping us off, we were greeted by a Distillery Guide. Their instructions were easy to understand and we went into the Distillery. Once inside, there’s all sorts of neat trivia, such as models showing the whisky making process, historical placards and descriptions, restored antique vehicles, etc. It can rain frequently here and it’s no problem if you forgot a poncho or umbrella because you can buy either once inside and they’re branded with Jack Daniel’s! The poncho was only $4 and the umbrella was $18, both very fair prices. The tour started and they walked us through every aspect of their history and their manufacturing process. We learned about the Lincoln County process which is unique to Tennessee whisky. We watched them burn maple wood to make charcoal, fermenting, distilling, charcoal filtering, aging and bottling! We were even guided through a tasting of 6 different whiskies they make! Then afterwards, we were able to tour the small and intimate town of Lynchburg where you can wander at will, eat and buy souvenirs. Wow, this was one of those trips you won’t easily forget. ...

Excellent Tour from start to finish. Everything was top notch. Our driver Tom was excellent. Tom was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the history of Jack Daniels & the history of the surrounding area. Tom was also an excellent safe driver. Can't say enough good things about Tom. The Jack Daniels Tour itself was great and the guides at Jack Daniels provide an exceptional experience. The tour also included tastings of 5 different Jack Daniels types. If you are in Nashville and like Jack Daniels, this is an excellent tour and great value for the money. Some additional information to show the caring & service of this tour operator for it's clients: We purchased a few items at the Jack Daniels Store in town & unfortunately we left a bag on the bus when we arrived back in Nashville after the tour. We realized that evening and emailed the tour folks to ask them to check where we were seated. Thankfully the bag was there. We could have picked up the next day, after that days tour, however, it was to late for us as we were leaving to come home that day and were at the airport when the bus would be back from that days tour. So, we asked if they could mail the items to us and they had no issue with that. Again, great tour & operator. Highly recommend. Even my wife who is not a whiskey fan, enjoyed the outing &...

A good whiskey tour provides a blend of education, tasting, and experience. We went on one of the popular Nashville Whiskey Distilleries and Tours Nashville and the surrounding area are home to a vibrant whiskey scene, with options to suit every taste, we went with what is considered the father of whiskey. We went to Uncle Nearest Distillery. It honors the legacy of Nathan "Nearest" Green, the formerly enslaved man who taught Jack Daniel how to make whiskey. It’s located in Shelbyville, TN (also about a 1-hour drive from Nashville). They offer tours that tell Nearest Green's story and provide insights into the distillery's whiskey-making process. The Tennessee Whiskey Tour provided excellent transportation to and from the event. Melvin S. was our driver, he was fun, vibrant and full of informational. The van was comfortable and suitable for our group. There were 7 of us, so we had plenty of space to relax on the drive. Upon return to Nashville, Melvin drove us through Broadway and pointed out the hot spots on the strip. He offered and dropped everyone off at their desired location. Great trip with a great guy.
