My sister and I went to get crepes. We arrived two minutes after 9pm, because online it says that the crepe side of their business closes at 10pm. The crepe station was on. In fact the associate was in the middle of preparing another crepe. And another associate came out, saw that the screen was still on (mind you we had been standing there for a solid minute at this point) and turned it off and said (in a very rude tone) “just so you guys know we don’t make crepes after 9.” Which is totally fine. Except the website doesn’t mention that ANYWHERE. And the hours on google are incorrect. And after we left we sat in our car for a minute and they started preparing ANOTHER crepe. The ladies who served us were very quick and clean and polite. They did very well and the food was good. However, once we had our food and started eating, a manager (I think?) came in and started very loudly reprimanding the girls for cleanliness/laziness in front of my husband and I (we were the only two in there). SUPER awkward. And it went on for our whole time there and continued as we left. Now, maybe the girls needed correcting on stuff, but humiliation in front of customers, along with a LONG list of threats, was definitely not the way to go about it.

Me and my wife came here on a Monday night at 7:50. We ordered ONE crepe and we didn’t even get it until 8:45. Not once did we get an update or anything about how long it will take the staff just acted like we weren’t there. We even saw our food sit on the counter, half made, out in the open just getting cold. Oh yeah, our food was also cold too, lukewarm would be no where close to the temperature of it. There was no urgency at all, seemed like the staff didn’t even care. I understand things get busy sometimes and it takes longer to do things when you don’t have a lot of staff working, but it should not take 55 minutes to make a single crepe.
