I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kastoori Grill and I must say, it was one of the best Indian food experiences I've had in many moons! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the aroma of spices and herbs filled the air. The menu offered a wide range of traditional Indian dishes, and I was impressed with the quality and taste of everything I tried. The lamb curry was especially delicious - rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spice (requested hot and it was hot!) The garlic naan bread was also perfectly fluffy and flavorful. But what really stood out to me was the level of hospitality and service from the staff. They were attentive and welcoming, always checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. It was clear that they truly cared about their customers and their dining experience. And perhaps best of all, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Overall, I would highly recommend Kastoori Grill to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Indian food with friendly service and fair pricing. It's a gem of a restaurant and definitely worth a visit!

During my recent visit to Seattle's Pike Place Market and downtown area, I had the opportunity to dine at Kastoori Grill, and I must say it's an excellent choice for those looking to savor Indian food quickly while exploring the city. I opted for the momos and chats, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The flavors were authentic, and it made for a satisfying and delicious quick bite. While the place may seem a bit deserted, don't let that deter you. The quality of food and service more than compensates for the appearance. The service was prompt, and the staff was courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Kastoori Grill might not be the coziest of restaurants for extended dining plans, but it shines as an excellent spot for those seeking authentic Nepalese, Indian, and Tibetan cuisine. What's even better is that they offer a range of vegetarian options, catering to various dietary preferences. If you're in Seattle and looking to explore the city while enjoying a taste of Nepalize Indian and Tibetan cuisine, I highly recommend Kastoori Grill. It's the perfect place for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal that won't disappoint.

A gem in downtown Seattle, the aromas of Indian food will pull you in, while walking past, though they serve Tibetan & Nepali cuisine. Not being able too decide on where to go, I just have into my friends wishes & ended up here. The engulfing aromas of Indian food was good enough to trust the quality & taste of food. After ordering a couple of drinks, we ordered our mains. I opted for my staple Chicken Biriyani, which arrived quickly as a hearty portion. But it was mostly meat, with a nice balance of rice & I loved it. Very flavourful, spiced right, with the tinge of extra chilli & the flavours of Indian spices on basmati rice, yummy. Let me get this straight, from what I had tried in Seattle as Biriyani before, this was by far the best. But nothing compared to the Biriyani you get back in India. But for all you people missing Biriyani in downtown Seattle, go for it, this is the best money can buy.

I came here for dinner, and granted I have no other experience with other Indian restaurants in Seattle, I would say this one was pretty good.

We ordered vegetable samosas, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, and regular naan. What we ordered were safe bets, since it was our first time here.

The vegetable samosas were okay. The naan was so good. Nice and tender. But, when is naan, not good? The tandoori chicken was crisp on the outside, and the meat still had a good juice to it. I wasn't that blown away by the chicken tikka masala, but nothing wrong with it by any means. I would say the tandoori chicken was my favorite.

The service was interesting -- I'm not a big fan of when a server constantly comes over to fill my glass with water. I mean, that's fine, because I love water, but it's better if the rounds of refills are a little more tapered.

The restaurant itself is in okay condition. It's not a high-end restaurant, nor is it a hole in the wall exactly.

If I had to choose, I would say I would come back here to try out some more of...
