I have a review people need to read BEFORE they stay here!! This Motel is the WORST experience I have ever had. PLEASE save your money and your family the headache and time and GO ELSEWHERE.
During the stay at the Sea Breeze Inn, multiple instances of room access failure were experienced. I was traveling along with a group Deaf/Blind for what was supposed to be a nice beach trip problems began as soon as we got there.
The electronic key card system to the doors proved unreliable, leading to repeated lockouts and significant inconvenience. I am with Deaf/blind group, so every time, and this was not easy having to constantly go up and down to fix this. This not only disrupted the stay but also raised concerns about the overall security of the premises. The hassle of frequent trips to the front desk for re-encoded key cards became so much of a hassle we couldn't leave the motel at ight in fear of being locked out of our room again as there was no Management Afterhours.
The in-room refrigerator, a standard amenity in most budget accommodations, was found to be completely non-functional. It did not work at all and we had to keep using the freezer. This impacted the ability to store food and beverages, further detracting from the overall comfort and utility of the room.
The beds and bedsheets and bathtub were beyond gross, they never even came to bring us clean towels. I used my own pillows and sheets I brought with me.
Evidence of dirt and grime in various areas raised serious concerns about hygiene and the motel's commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for guests. Negative reviews frequently highlight cleanliness as a major factor influencing guest experience, and this case was no exception. Please read the reviews on this motel. You will be shocked. I wish I knew better.
Also, a billing dispute arose, They charged my credit card and I did know know, I was staying in the room with someone else, who was Blind and did not even have a drivers license, they charged the room on his card and then the remaining on mine due to they needed to "verify an ID" for the stay. So, prompting an attempt to seek resolution with the motel's owner after I got home, since no "Manager was available", the whole time i was there to speak to, WEIRD but ok lol , Despite initial promises of rectification, the owner unilaterally terminated the communication by abruptly hanging up during a discussion of the billing issue. I called to resolve this for about a week, but they pretending they knew nothing and kept hanging up. How can you do BUSINESS LIKE THIS??? This action represents a profound breach of customer trust and a glaring example of unprofessionalism in complaint resolution. The owner's refusal to engage in a constructive dialogue to address the billing discrepancy, following an already unsatisfactory stay, signifies a complete disregard for customer loyalty and ethical business practices. I will never stay here again.
Attempts to address the aforementioned issues with the on-site management during the stay were met with a marked absence of genuine concern or actionable support. The owner refused to listen or take my calls, and hung up on me. Management appeared dismissive of the problems, offering no concrete solutions or apologies for the inconveniences endured. This lack of responsiveness exacerbated the initial dissatisfaction and promoted me to call my bank and dispute my stay.

Read moreI give it zeo stars but google is making me give at least one to post this review. The motel was not comfort, convenience, and budget-friendly. Stayed July 5-7, 2018 three days two nights. This is the only hotel I ever stayed at when I visited, coming here after not visiting for 16 years, I was so disappointed with new management. Management was rude and disrespectful! It should not consider itself as a hotel, its totally motel status. The internet service did not operate efficiently. There is no bar nor a business center on the premises. Did not put me in the kitchenette room I paid for and was moved to the 3rd floor shortly. Terrible smell in first room we got. Room started getting hot. I called the front desk two times and got inconsiderate responses. AC was out after arriving and was not fixed until early morning the day we left after two nights stay. My daughter was called a liar by the front desk clerk who was the assistant manager because she didn't accept that my daughter verified that we had spoken with a worker who told us the AC was out and it was being fixed. The lady said everyone had AC in their room, not true cause we didn't have AC. No housekeeping, stains on the towels, hair on the sheets and no linen and cover for the pullout couch upon arrival. Got a parking ticket for parking on street because of crowded parking lot and no reinforced parking at the place. Clerk didn't want to send housekeeping and housekeeping never came. We had to get fresh linen, towels, and washcloths from a worker. Yes, we wanted the carpet vacuumed, tub cleaned, etc. And would have appreciated someone coming in and making up the beds, we were not at home, but on vacation, thats what we paid for. I decided to leave. At the front office, I let her know her demeanor was rude, disrespectful, unacceptable and I didn’t appreciate it as a guest. She asked what I wanted her to do. I told her I’d like for her to readjust the bill. She states she is not authorized to give refunds. I asked why she could not adjust the bill when the AC went out and no clean towels or linen not to mention the parking ticket. I got no display of no concern from her, I asked for her name, management name and Corporate office phone number. She told me, she cannot give me her name nor hotel owner information and she was told to direct persons to call back the following Tuesday to speak with the owner, its Saturday! I was very upset and gave her some nasty words then I threw the keys and walked away. As I’m leaving she exclaims to me, “your definiately not getting a refund now!” Wow, she already stated she is not authorized to give refunds now I've thrown the keys she can. Double Wow. Read moreDo NOT stay here. Worst experience ever. We booked a deluxe double room on booking.com and when we got here we were told we only booked a room with 2 double beds. When we found out that our room was on the 4th floor up the sketchy stairway we went down to the office and asked if they had another room. We were told ALL rooms were booked! Ok no problem. At the time it was not time for check in. So when we came back for check in there was the owner which was a Indian lady that asked if we wanted to "upgrade" so she showed me the "upgraded" room. And that was the room booking.com had said I booked for that price. Well anyway I then asked how much would the price difference be if we "upgraded" she told me the price would double. Mind you putting the price for 3 nights at $700. Umm no thanks no for this run down trashy hotel. So wr said no. Anyways we stayed in this room with 2 double beds in the 4th floor with a baby and a toddler. The room was no bigger than an average sized bedroom in a house with a bathroom attached. The fridge had mold all in the sides. The floor was time. We had to sweep our OWN room. Ive killed 2 roaches. We canme back from the beach on our 2nd day at 430 pm to find out our room still hasn't been cleaned. I walked down to the office and asked for 2 towels. The white women "bigger women" she told me that I had to WAIT for towels that room service would be there soon. Room service which was ONE lady for 32 rooms or more. At 530pm the girl brought me TWO bathing towels and that was it. Never cleaned or gave us new sheets NOTHING!! The next day it is now 6 pm on Saturday and I called down to ask when room service would be up to clean our room since it was NEVER done and I was told the towels were in the dryer. And that room service only cleans if asked to clean and they do not provide new sheets or make your beds. Our floor which is title is so filthy the my feet our black. Thankfully we have only stayed in our room to sleep and for the kids to nap. Disgusting is a good word for this place. The owners also stay and LIVE in this same hotel. The white lady at the front desk is rude and non helpfull. On and the breakfast they serve. Ha. That is a whole story by its self. You have NO where to sit. They offer cinnamon toast chrunch and fruit loops. Milk , orange juice and coffe. Half n half and sugar. And in the case for the donuts they have muffins , donuts and other items.
