Hanoi Liliane Hotel and Travel — Hotel in Hà Nội

We had such a lovely 7-night stay at Hanoi Liliane Hotel and Travel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were greeted by Lily at the front desk, and she was absolutely sweet and accommodating. She gave us a thorough overview of the hotel, nearby attractions, and was always ready to assist with a smile throughout our stay.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. While most dishes are consistent each morning, they mix it up by changing one or two items daily, which we appreciated. You can also request different styles of eggs or a comforting bowl of pho, which are made fresh upon order. 🍜🥗🥬The Vietnamese coffee was so good (definitely addictive), and I loved having it alongside the fresh sliced fruits. Bonus: Vietnamese coffee and tea are available 24/7, which was a nice touch!☕️

Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our week-long stay. They even upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was a thoughtful gesture, especially with all the shopping we ended up doing! 😂 Housekeeping was consistent, towels were changed daily and the room was always spotless when we returned.

The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, local spas, laundry services, and several shopping areas. It was so convenient to explore Hanoi from here without needing transportation most of the time.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and location make this hotel a true gem in Hanoi. I would definitely stay...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our vacation to Hanoi. We booked through Tripmasters. The room we booked through Tripmasters was small, really for solo traveller. The travel agent did not explain that properly. We expressed our discontent with the front desk, and to our luck, we were helped by Lily. She was amazing! She really had empathy and she gave us an upgrade to a larger suite. She immediately moved us that night, but because they were fully booked the following night we would have to stay in the small room one night. Not a big deal because she upgraded us to the largest suite on our last night. No problem on the moving of rooms because she made it easy for us by moving our stuff every day while we were out, and giving us keys when we returned from our daily adventures. To the point, Lily saved the day! She was an angel.

As for the hotel, it is very clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The water is hot, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is light but sufficient, they will cook you eggs and they provide fresh fruit. They also have tours they can recommend and book for you, as well as recommendations. You can walk everywhere from this hotel, it's centrally located. 10 min walk to all of the tourist spots. Good food options. Finally, they really want you to have a great time, they want more tourism and care what we think about the visit and city. I would stay here again 100%.

It made exploring the city so easy and convenient!||This is a budget hotel, but it offers incredible value for money. Despite its affordability, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceed expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff—from the bellman to the manager—welcomed us with warmth and kindness.
