Very disappointed to see such an unprofessional salesperson in one of my favourite brands - not helpful and utterly rude to say the least.

Josh, the person who served us wasn’t shaped for customer service role and was extremely rude, he needs training to know his place, professionally. I’d love to discuss this further with Boss Perth management team if they cared.

Oh, by the way, no refunds! just store credit; come on Boss team, you are better than this.

Bought a lovely pair of Chelsea Boots Black, which at the time I fully loved. Heading off for a dinner I went to put them on and the back pull up tag has come off. We wandered past Hugo Boss and decided to have a look inside. One of the new staff members Bing was an excellent sales assistant. He wasn't pushy, but in fact quite attentive and helpful.
