Totally agree with this customer comment, ( Keilah Quanico) this cashier (sat Aug 4 afternoon shift 3pm) was totally unprofessional! she demanded I go around to other end of from where the lottery tickets are AND refused to turn the terminal screen to face me for me to confirm my lightening lotto code! which is an OLG RULE for customers view, as well how did she expect me to select scratch tickets from the far end??????? she needs some pleasantness and an ability to oversee the line up and take people in the order they might not line up in to HER liking! Had hoped I found a traditional corner store for my purchases but this one certainly lost out! teach this worker some work ethics! I was visiting Niagara for a couple days and this convenience store was nearby, so I went in twice during the time of my stay to get some essentials and stuff. Both times there was the same lady working. Probably the rudest worker I have met in my life so far. Mind you, I work in retail so I’m always extra kind and mindful to other retail workers. Her tone of voice is extremely condescending and talks to you as if you’re stupid. Very passive aggressive and defensive when you ask her a question. Not to mention she was on a personal phone call the entire time I was in the first time, not even giving my family and I the light of day. We came in 10 minutes before they closed, the door was unlocked, and we were in there for no more than three minutes (I can provide any details on date and time so the cameras can be checked). The woman at the counter stared us down the entire time that we were there, creating an utterly hostile environment. As she scanned our products, she audibly gave a deep sigh in annoyance and as we were leaving, a woman approached her kindly, asking for directions as she was lost, and the woman looked at her and said "What do you want" as if the woman was somehow beneath her. I understand that people have long days and are tired, but after reading the other reviews I believe this employee is just rude at her core....
