Worst experience at this store they scammed us! Twice in one transaction! Hoodies were $24 Canadian we wanted to get one and according to the online exchange rate it would have been $17 dollars US but they ended up charging us $28 US plus their illegal 13% tax the lady charged us $33 total US dollars, which was already a scam we handed her a $20 dollar bill and a $10 hoping for change back and she hands us $4 Canadian which was wrong change back. We got frustrated and we just said we didn’t want the hoodie anymore because they overcharged us she scammed us with the price and our change back. even though US dollars is like $1 for $1.39 Canadian and US price should be cheaper than Canadian price. We called the cops asked for the manager she lied and said her manager is in “Italy” we waited and waited we asked her why she couldn’t give us our money back because we hadn’t even completed the transaction and she simply refused to open the register until about 45 minutes of waiting she realized police were going to show up soon than she gave up on her scam and gave us back our money which is what they should have done instead of telling us “no refunds or exchanges” this was ridiculous to top it off they were screaming when we left saying “never come back” like you guys are the scammers here not us, we didn’t do anything wrong and we would never go back to their junk store anyways! Biggest tourist scam store in Niagra falls don’t even dare...

I also found magnets from other places here, like montreal, vancouver, toronto, etc. Had a limited to browse because of time constraint but would definitely come back here the next time I visit the area.
Prices were reasonable. Magnets range from $2 to $10. Postcards were ¢39 each. Snow globes range from $5 to $25. In general, their small products ranges from $.5 to $30, and the bigger ones cost $40 above. Not bad.
