Pi Co Pizza & Salad Bar — Restaurant in Toronto

This was before an older gentleman proceeded to watch the young lady who was serving me, and made a comment to me over the effect loading up my pizza with the volume of toppings I'd requested would have on it whilst in the oven:

This is my preferred location, as attractions such as the waterfront, up to and including the bike trail, a major grocery store, etc., are mere stone's throws away.

It does not take long to walk up into the downtown core from this location, either. There are no shortages of bus stops within the vicinity of this fast-food outlet.

Staff are pleasant and provide fast service. Most of the locations affiliated with this business are with interiors creating comfortable ambiances.

Where toppings are concerned, there are no shortages of options, and neither the pizzas' dough nor the great majority of the toppings are particulary oily / greasy as well as, subsequently, fattening.

Three toppings this chain offers at its outlets are beef brisket, chorizo sausage and sliced potatos - which those of Blaze Pizza do not - at this time.

The ambiance here is pleasant.

Despite excessive pricing, with free internet and a plethora of gourmet toppings, I strongly recommend this business / location.

They used to offer pesto sauce at no additional fee, but, whether ( or not ) that was off of the books / records, was dependant on who served you, etc., it appears to have changed.

I'm not going back here. I felt as if that aforementioned comment was more of a subliminal and insidious attempt at saving money. The "Craft Yours" pizza is, after all, as per January of 2024, already $18.00 which, in accordance with inflation, will eventually see an increase, I have no doubt.

Given that restaurants and fast-food outlets order their ingredients in bulk, those which are already prepared are just so very mass-produced, etc., these pizzas cannot cost them very much to make.

I intend to do some further research on their operating costs, at which time I will post them. In any case, I have no need, nor desire, to pay at least $2.00 more for pesto sauce atop my pizza, which I doubt, in such a quantity, is tantamount to little more than a few cents in value.

Unless you've enjoyed better luck at some alternate location, I'd suggest trying Blaze Pizza's fast-food outlets. I've never incurred additional fees for pesto sauce at any of their locations.

My pizzas have never been underdone at any of this chain's outlets as a result of requesting greater volumes of any toppings, nor have they at any of those affiliated with Blaze Pizza. I'm not sure why I'd had to be told that, other than for the sake of frugality on their end. I felt sorry for the young lady preparing my pizza that day, as she looked rather uneasy being watched as...

Being a Pizza lover - One of the best Pizza's I've ever had in my life!!

Tip - Pick a Craft your Pizza, then take the Yorkville Pi preset pizza without the Honey as a base and then customize everything on top as per your preference. Make sure not to forget truffle oil, banana peppers, goat cheese, Basil along with the Fior di latte. I added Pesto sauce on top in half of the pizza and walnuts on the other half which feel great too. The rest you can add whatever you like.

The staff who served us today was professional and friendly. She made a great personalized crafted pizza based on my request! It was my first time to Pi Co based on a recommendation and it was truly a wonderful experience and I'd recommend the place to anyone who wants an authentic and unique pizza experience in Canada. I'm surely gonna be visiting Pi Co again and again...

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Pi Co location near Sugar Beach on Canada Day! Our toddler was craving pizza, and this place was a gem. The cleanliness stood out, but what really impressed us was the staff's attention to detail. They immediately suggested switching the regular sauce for a non-spicy one when they noticed we were ordering a Cheese Pi for our toddler. They even brought our pizzas to our table with napkins and condiments. The pizzas were fresh, delicious, and served in record time! It's the small things that make a difference.
