A few times we ordered delivery from you so we knew you make a perfect pizza!!! So for the first time we decided to come for Saturday dinner to your place. We ordered 5 pizzas, and when the waitress left the table, we realised we forgot to order a few starters to share. We call the waiter- apologies for confusing, and asked if it is still possible to get before our pizza some starters - basically, if they start to make the pizza or not yet. The waiter didn't go to speak with the chefs directly but went to the door and took new customers to the table, gave them the menu and then she went to speak to the kitchen. As she didn't come back to our table, we thought the request was placed on time. Starters arrived, but the pizza arrived shortly after that . We didn't finish the starter yet, and the table was full of plates that the pizza couldn't even fit. It looked so messy. We watched other tables, and two 2 out of 5 tables around us got their pizza while eating starters! I start feeling the service is set up to dump everything on the table as soon as possible and hope the customers leave very quickly. I didn't feel welcome. When we asked for the bill, the waitress asked us to give a tip. I think it's rude - you should not ask - leave this on customers to say if they...

The pizza bianca was boring, the taste was not intense enough. The potatoes lacked taste, so did the olives, truffle butter and garlic oil. Only the onions added some flavour. I had Pizzad just like this at other places and due to better ingredients and balance between them it simply tasted better. I had to add chili-oil and pepper to actually enjoy the Pizza - Pizza was too expensive for the lack of taste. The Cannoli were very disappointing - Chocolate had too much fat in it, the ricotta didn’t feel like ricotta and the dough was pretty dry - On Sicily you usually get a Cannoli with pistachio-cream, that would have at least fixed the dryness of the dough, but was not added unfortunately.

The service was friendly, a little bit overwhelmed by the amount of costumers. Maybe hire more staff to give the current waiters some relief.

The location is pretty relaxed, pretty and comfy.

We where told there is a 5% discount, if paying with cash. I really dislike the idea of differentiating between payment methods. This did not improve the experience at all.
