Zombie Bar — Restaurant in Prague

If I could put 0 stars, I'd do that. The worst service I've ever seen. We came around 21:30 but they didn't say a word and brought us menus. We ordered just rice noodles and a duck. The noodles were obviously heated up, in the bottom it was cold like it was left after lunch and on the top it was just a bit of hot noodles. So I just really hope I was not eating someone's leftovers 😨 no one came to ask if the food is okay, cause they were busy with cleaning the floors (yes, we were having our dinner and waitresses were walking around with mops and gloves).. So I went to the bar and told them my food was cold and the only thing I heard was that of course, cause its already 15 mins after they served me the food. No "sorry" was said, I didn't eat anything from the plate and had to pay for it anyways. Never ever again. I feel sick when I just imagine they put someones leftovers...

used to go here for lunch very often, every week. but today I was impressed - now rice is not included in the dish, but for an extra charge, although it is even in the picture. to the question since when - "always"! although I have been coming here for 2 years, and rice is always included in the dish, as in all such restaurants. Therefore, starting today, I strongly do not recommend it, there are 100 of the same restaurants in Prague, where the price will be the same, and without surcharges for rice! I wrote this review directly from the restaurant. to everyone who ordered lunch, the employee showed some sheet of the menu and informed that the price of the dish does not include rice, only for an additional payment of +36 crowns, and absolutely everyone was very surprised by such a message. for that in the photo I paid 204 crowns, although the price in the menu...

Three of us stayed for one overpriced drink. Server and bartender (owner?) were extrmemly rude. The shot of whiskey was fine (pretty hard to mess that up) but the 2 cocktails were horribly mixed (very cheap juices).

The only visible restroom was the womens but it wasn’t clearly labelled so men kept walking in and leaving the door open on the way out. The bartender (visibly pissed off) kept storming over and slamming the door shut after them. A simple sogn would have fixed the problem. Also, apparently there are no locks the womens restroom doors.
