RACIST staff!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff racially profiled me and the had a lady follow me throughout the store without separating more than 3ft (1m) from me. She said that it was because I was a customer but she only did to me and not from other Chinese customers not from the middle eastern ones. She made me feel very uncomfortable and denied me the space I needed to look at items at the store. They were very RACIST. I left as it was clear that the attitude was only brought towards me.

Disgusting people and treatment to its customers. I hold a PhD in mathematics and I am professional (not that it should matter, but it so that people understand that I was profiled only because of my appearance).

I will never ever step in a Prada in my life again. When going to other high end stores, I didn't receive a bad treatment at...

I purchased a belt here and requested the VAT tax refund form. They provided it and directed me to the Global Blue lounge but did not provide me with an invitation to enter the lounge. When I reached Global Blue lounge they did not allow me in without an invitation to receive my VAT tax refund.

I am very disappointed with the advice I was provided. I was under the impression that the customer service would be knowledgeable on a VAT refund given the large tourist footprint in the city.

I recommend all shoppers to explicitly request a global blue lounge access if you choose to shop here.

Sadly, we will not be visiting again - wasted 30 mins...

Came here to purchase a bag I saw a few days earlier. After intricately describing the bag's style and it's previous location in the store, the vendor said the bag didn't exist... I asked him to double check he went on to say the visual merchandiser also claimed they never heard of such bag... I asked him if the bag is fake he said probably yes laughing and insinuating in a rude way that I was dilusional... Needless to say I found the bag online seconds after I left the shop and purchased it without the help of these rude old prehistoric...
