Le Ralph Lauren Management,
I’d like to share my experience visiting your restaurant today with my family — we are five. We arrived without a reservation, and upon stepping inside, we were met by a host named Fiona, or something close. When we inquired about dining in, she quickly told us the restaurant was fully booked and gave us the impression that she was eager to dismiss us. It felt quite unwelcoming, to say the least.
Surprised by this, we stepped outside and checked Google Maps; to our surprise, we found multiple time slots available for lunch that same afternoon. So we made a reservation for a time just 30 minutes later and returned.
Upon our return, we met the same receptionist, and she seemed shocked to see us again. When we mentioned our reservation, she appeared visibly upset. She led us to a table in a rather unfriendly manner. We requested a more suitable table for our family of five, and she asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, which we agreed to do. Eventually, we were seated as requested.
During the meal, service from another waiter was better, but even then, we felt a bit pressured to order more dishes than we initially wanted. Guests should be given space and time to decide, not pushed.
That said, I want to be fair: the food was absolutely excellent. The quality and preparation were outstanding, and we genuinely enjoyed the dishes.
However, I must express my disappointment with the customer-facing staff, especially at the reception. Hospitality begins the moment guests walk through the door — and unfortunately, that part of the experience was not up to standard. The attitude and approach of the front-of-house staff did not reflect the reputation or image that a restaurant like Le Ralph Lauren should uphold.
After reading other reviews, I’ve noticed similar concerns raised by previous guests, which indicates this may be more than a one-time incident.
To conclude: • Food quality: Excellent • Service: Poor and needs urgent improvement • Atmosphere: Average • Recommendation: I would not advise visiting unless management addresses the customer service issues, particularly at the reception.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I believe there is potential for the restaurant to truly reflect the elegance it promises, but only if the frontline team is trained to deliver proper...
Read moreI had a wonderful shopping experience at Ralph Lauren, thanks to the exceptional service I received from Natalie. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the experience enjoyable. I would also like to point out that being a good sales associate is far from simple. In many ways, it requires a touch of psychology — understanding people and adapting your approach to suit each individual. Natalie clearly has that gift. She immediately recognized what worked best for us and made us feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, during our visit, another staff member interrupted in a rather unapproachable and unprofessional manner, attempting to correct Natalie in front of us. It seemed that perhaps Natalie had spent more time with us than expected — all in an effort to provide outstanding service. Despite that, Natalie remained professional and composed, which is more than can be said for her colleague. Conversations like that should never happen in front of clients. In the end, we often return to places not just for the products, but because of the people and the memories tied to those experiences. While Natalie gave us a reason to come back, the behavior of her colleague certainly did not. Natalie made a real difference. I left not only with beautiful items, but with a smile — and that’s something you can’t...
