Tried to sell me a broken item. Nice goods, staff initially helpful and friendly. When at the cash register, two of the staff members inspected a glasses case I was about to buy, and saw it was broken; the front was flapping open and you could see where the glue had come apart. This was a display case item so I hadn’t been able to inspect it, the staff member took it straight to the register. They both remarked it was broken, then proceeded to put it in the bag and went to charge me for it. I had to say specifically that I didn’t want to buy the broken item for them to then go and find a non-broken case from a storage area upstairs. Can’t believe they were just going to try and sell me the broken item when I am right there. So disrespectful, and no pride in their store. Makes you wonder what other defective items they would be happy to sell the public.

Toller Laden für Kunst und Kitsch, Hightech und Krimskrams. Wir waren völlig überrascht, als wir in den Laden kamen. So viele schöne und nutzlose Dinge 🤩. Auch wenn wir nichts gekauft haben (es war einfach Zuviel und wir konnten uns nicht entscheiden 🤷🏻‍♂️), waren wir restlos begeistert und während unseres Romurlaubes 2 mal hier. Wenn zu viele Leute im Laden sind, wird der Verkäufer (der Besitzer?) schon mal sichtlich nervös, bleibt aber trotzdem ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein toller freundlicher und sehr sympathischer Service von allen Mitarbeitern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch online und kaufen bestimmt bald etwas. Absolute Empfehlung für...
