Starbucks - Roma Flagship San Silvestro — Restaurant in Rome

I am a frequent Starbucks drinker. This time, I had the worst experience ever. I ordered two drinks, of which one of them I asked for a Grande Iced Matcha Greentea Latte with light ice and more scoops of matcha. The cashier frowned and was like, “what?! I am lost.” I repeated myself and reiterated everything I said and making it more simple sounding by saying “Iced Matcha Latte.” Then the cashier not wanting to look stupid, tried to lecture me by saying “Oh you want Matcha latte, not green tea latte. Matcha and Greentea are two different things!” I ignored him and continued to patiently explain my order making sure he understand and would get it correct. At the end, he asked for my name, handed my receipt, which the item on the reciept (aka what Starbucks computer system have) literally says, “GR Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte.” Anyways, I still thanked him. I then waited 20 minutes but my drink never came after multiple people after my order got theirs and left. I then realized they definitely skipped my order. Actually, that cashier never even passed my order down to the Baristas. I had to repeat my order and my order ended up being more than half a cup was ice (super watered down) and my name on the order was wrong. During my time visiting Rome, I decided to visit the Starbucks at San Silvestro to pick up my Starbucks Roma mug. My visit far exceeded my expectations as I am a professor of hospitality and tourism and one of my primary points for business and business people is to respect the culture that they do business both domestically and internationally. I was met pleasantly by Emmanuel and Cinzia and they took me down the best recommendations. Where else can I get an Orleans Espresso Martini in the world but here.
