Stoked to have found the famous binchotan charcoal here which I couldn't find while in Wakayama. 400 yen for 100gr (excl. 10% tax), very reasonable price for such a fancy store. You also get awesome gift bags with them. The staff was extremely friendly, knew some EN and could advise properly. They have also beauty products made from...

Premium Binchotan Charcoal. Excellent service. Bought as much as I could carry, lugged it home and used it in the bath, the rice cooker, the waterpot, a jug of tap water.... delish. You could drop this in a cup of bleach and guzzle it after an hour but don't try...

Stoked to have found the famous binchotan charcoal here which I couldn't find while in Wakayama. 400 yen for 100gr (excl. 10% tax), very reasonable price for such a fancy store. You also get awesome gift bags with them. The staff was extremely friendly, knew some EN and could advise properly. They have also beauty products made from the charcoal.
